Excellent! A unique relaxing Domane/Hotel. Very clean, elegant, and quite environment. Treats, coffee, and water 24 hours available free of charge. Walking distance to Phantesia Land, free and safe parking. Free delicious breakfast, staff very courteous and professional. All around a home away from home. God bless each and everyone ?! Vielen lieben dank!

Beautiful and peaceful. Convenient to the park. Great room. Friendly and courteous staff. Delicious food. Lots of ground for walking or just relaxing. Great value. Beds were so comfortable.

That we could only stay three nights.

Real castleReally welcoming employees Nice park nearby

The furniture is a bit too old)

The breakfast was fine, in the evening, the restaurant was not open, so you need to find a place to eat. The hotel is very nice, but not a place to stay for holidays, maybe more to stay a night while traveling.

You have to take the car to visit the nearby city and to find restaurants, shops etc.

Setting, beds, breakfast

No hot water in the shower.Used pad in the coffeemachine

friendly, caring, perfect for Phantasialand staydinner snack was perfect and an unexpected fantastic surprise

chairs at breakfast not comfy but that's marginal;)

Nice clean, spacious room. Kind personnel with attention for detail. e.g. warm gluhwein in the reception area, with cookies/ bretzel. Generous breakfast. Very much recommended location to stay!

The corridor floorboard, (third floor, in front of the elevator) was cracking when people were walking over it, which was audible in the bedroom and a bit disturbing.

We had a weekend in Fantasialand and stayed here for two nights and we had a very good stay! Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, soft beds, good breakfast, calm surroundings and only 20 minutes on foot from the amusement park. Highly recommended!
