the staff wasn't helpful. the room had a bad smell.

We had a one-night stay. The staff was super helpful, especially we arrived late. We would like to thank Sofia for her warm help and understanding.

Nice and quiet location, ideal for hiking. Good restaurants within a 5 km radius. Beds were very comfortable, room very clean and decent size.

Breakfast could be improved especially coffee (soluable coffee in the morning is not coffee!), breakfast room tends to be loud. Note that there is no fridge in the rooms.

The view is amazing but it is located on the top of the mountain and it increases every ride to other cities or locations in 10-15 minutes

The bathroom had bad smell of mold

There was a disgusting smell (body sweat from previous visitor?) coming from the sofa bed and/or pillows that didn't go away during our stay. Room was not clean and we found several pieces of chips and other snacks on the ground.

Hotel Leonard is situated in a peaceful location with panoramic views and easy access off the main road. The room we stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and included nice touches like complimentary tea. The hotel itself is modern, well-equipped, and generally very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though lacking hot dishes.

There were a couple of technical shortcomings: the mini-fridge didn’t chill and the towel heater wasn’t working.What really concerned us, though, was the phishing email we received a few days before arrival, asking for credit card details under the hotel’s name. This indicated their Booking.com account had been compromised. Although the hotel later apologized, Booking.com didn’t take any action. This left us uneasy and worried about our data.

The staff helped us in a critical situation where our car broke down and managed to book two extra nights even though it was complicated. They helped us a lot and were super friendly. i can only recommend this hotel. excellent service.

Small room. Restaurant nerby has average food. But there is no other restaurant so you should go somewhere else. Since I have stayed one night is Ok.

The hotel's location in the mountains is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.Our room had a lovely balcony, which was a great spot to enjoy the scenery.We received a free tourist pass, although we didn't get a chance to use it.The roads were well-maintained and clear of snow, making travel easy.The property is conveniently located outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), which was a relief.

The large parking lot serves multiple hotel properties, and it would be much more convenient if there were signs indicating each hotel, restaurant, and bar. This would help guests park closer to their destination and avoid dragging luggage through snow and ice.The entrance from the parking lot to the hotel was blocked by snow, which was inconvenient.The dining area is too small and gets very busy in the morning, making breakfast a bit chaotic.Breakfast hours and the latest check-out time are too early, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer a more relaxed schedule.The beds were too stiff and hard, which affected our comfort.The hotel's name is inconsistent, sometimes appearing as 'Leonard' and other times as 'Leonhard', making it difficult to find the correct property on GPS.

Passable

We were not welcomed at all. More disturbing busy situation in reception. One lady just quickly gave us a short explication, card from room, took passports for verification and that was it. Her colleague busy on the phone, who stayed on the duty over night was very professional and helpful.Kids were very disappointed for their bank bed. We never saw such a tiny bunk bed. Otherwise the nature and view is amazing.

The room is very spacious and has many windows. There are many choices for breakfast, and it's a very quiet place at night.

A bit far from tourist sites like Karersee or Bolzano.

location on booking states 12km from Bolzano however it is closer to 40km away! distance is incorrect. also the heat was brutal with no way to turn off the heating in the toilet or room

The hotel looks nice. Rooms are clean and look new. Parking is also for free. Receptionist was very kind to us.

Breakfast are always the same. Cleanliness is poort - dirty plates and cutlery. Breakfast selection is small. There is only one restaurant in the are - Ristorante Pietralba and that is the worst restaurant ever. Do not go there.

Beds are old and mattresses are hard.Shower not draining and was not fixed for several days.

Everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly, accommodating and the breakfast was sooo fresh and tasty. We also loved the location as it was very convenient and isolated, we even got to see the Milky Way

Good, the coffee machine was not working well, but it was fixed.
