- General pricing for drinks eg filtered water, lack of room amenities eg a cattle for being able to have a tea or coffee in the room, lack of booking system for pool services (eg jet at the outdoor sauna was already full at the moment it started!), amount of people on a Saturday afternoon/evening at the pool/thermae area (controlled access or a system to remove towels when people do not use their seat after a certain time would allow more people to find a place to lay down)

had a dark, noisy room right next to a giant air vent. service differs a lot between individuals. items such as towels are rarely filled up in the spa. hotel is very crowded.
