Pros +
- Very comfortable stay. Very attentive staff. I arrived after checkin time but the hotel sent me very clear instructions about how to get to my room. The hotel has a very nice shop with local products.
- Family-run establishment, with extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, as were all the meals!
- The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful ? The food and the drinks were great too.
Cons -
- Room door would not stay closed without the key. French windows to the patio could not be locked from inside.
- The room was a bit tight for two beds. The swimming ?♂️ pool, which was the main attraction for us booking the hotel, wasn't even in use. It would be good if the hotel could mention that on their advert so that people would know beforehand.Location was also a bit outside of the main city of pordenone. If we didn't rent a car for our stay, we would have really struggled to move around.
- Room wasn't up to expectation. The bed had springs protruding & hard pillows, the shower was unsatisfactory and the air con was noisy, and not creating cool air. Breakfast was average.

The friendliness. The options. The restaurants.
Did not explain how to book the horse carriage, any other amenities. Had to ask for a map of the farm.
The food was great
Need to run the air conditioning more in the restaurant it’s to hot, clean the pool more, make sure the pool is treated correctly with so many people using it.
beautiful and quiet, very comfortable bed
The receptionists were very helpful.
This is really a wedding party venue: the staff were so busy with wedding receptions that we felt like 2nd class guests. Our room service order was forgotten about until I returned in search of it, and then had to act as my own waiter. The advertised pool was not in use till the following month, despite the 25° temperature; our poolside veranda meant a procession of wedding guests constantly staring at us as they explored the venue. The room was dark and badly lit, there were no functioning curtains, the bathroom mirror light didn't work - but was badly needed. And on Sunday evening the restaurant was closed.
Great staff, they are always anxious to help their guests no matter what the request.
My stay was too short.
Family run with a super restaurant.
Disappointing
