Hotel Bella Venezia

The staff is very friendly and always available, the rooms are regularly cleaned every day, the breakfast is excellent. Location is great, nearby are cafes and restaurants as well as park with a riverside promenade.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so you better bring mosquito spray :-)

The location is in a calm residential area, close to the town center and the river. The room and adjacent balcony are spacious. There is easy parking. A tasty breakfast starts at a very convenient time.

The shower cabin is XS size. The whole room craves a better cleaning or total refurbishment. The room is everything but soundproof.

We were very pleased with our stay. Very nice and clean place.Unfortunately, according to the information at the reception and in the description, breakfast was to be served from 6:30.We went down twice between 6:30 and 7:00 there was no breakfast and we didn't meet anyone at the reception. So we left without the breakfast we paid for.

that I could not get an invoice for the company because the receptionist (who is also a cook, cleaner, etc.) wrote the invoice privately and did not want to cancel it and make it to the company even though I made the reservation through the company. Nothing was important to him except to explain to me how it was my fault that the booking from the company was made by a private account. I wanted to report the case to the financial police, but I give up because I think it will be short-lived with this business. Disgusting experience.

It's a good value for money, everything is just fine. They washed my clothes on request, it was little bit overpriced, but still it was practical and helpful.

I would recommend to add vegetables for the breakfast. If you stay for longer than 2 nights the breakfast seems to be very monotonous.

The hotel has already seen its best days. The shower cabin is mouldy, the door does not close well. The receptionist told me and it says on the board that breakfast is at 6:30. which would suit me for an early departure. Breakfast was barely at 7:15. Well, at least the choice was good.

We went out clubbing Saturday night and came back at 3:00 AM, the issue was that we forgot the code for the main entrance to the hotel, there was no way to contact anyone and had to wait outside in the cold until 6:00 AM for anyone from the staff to show up. I understand that it's my fault that i forgot the code but in case of emergency it's unacceptable to not being able to contact anyone from the hotel staff.Also we had balcony access from our room, the balcony was great, huge but the main issue is thats its not possible to close the door to the balcony in a way that is secure, just pushing the door from the outside would be enough for someone to enter our room since there was no key to actually lock the doors.

If you like to stay in a concrete building from the 70th with no renovation done, then that's your place. My pillow was FULL of hair. They exchanged it with No word of excuse. That's an absolute no-go even for a hotel in this category.

Very nice location, peaceful feeling lobby area. Very quiet. Room was good size, good air con, nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choice of savoury and sweet options. Restaurant was excellent for dinner.

Helpful receptionists, clean and comfortable. You can tell the hotel has seen better days, a slightly faded glamour to it, but as a base for the area, really good. In saying that, it’s a difficult region to explore without a car, so if you don’t have one, careful planning of public transport needed. One hour train to Trieste, the same to Venice Santa Lucia. Breakfast was ‘continental’ style, very acceptable, and although the hotel restaurant was closed during the stay, local friends said it had a fairly good reputation and reasonably priced for nights when you don’t feel like venturing out.

Nothing too negative stands out: the hotel has a small park at the back and, as a result, has quite a lot of mosquitoes, especially at night, but a bit harsh to blame the hotel for that.

We arrived late, before 24, when the hotel was locked. We announced that it is possible to be late. They informed us that after 24 hour no chance to enter. Maybe they can find a modality to let the key for those who are late. We were on the road 10 hours, stuck in traffic for long periods, Sunday.

The breakfast was lovely and the room was very spacious. We were able to have a good sleep as the area where the hotel is located in is residential and very calm. Parking in front of the hotel.

The Wifi did not work during our stay and this was a huge inconvenience. We had to go and find a bar that would offer us their wifi so we could notify our family of our safe arrival. We complained about it but it didn't seem like anything was done because other guests had the same complaints.

Great location in Latisana, free parking on the surroundings.Good breakfast, excellent coffee.We will definitely return.
