Friendly staff, large parking, groceries nearby.

Big and clean rooms, big bathroom. Rooms might need some renovation in the future, but it really didn't bother us. It was a nice stay.

Only thing is that in our room the fridge opened really weirdly and I hurt my finger really bad. Air conditioner existed in the room, but it kind of didn't work or at least the room wasn't able to get much cooler :)

Don’t stay there.

Fake photos. A huge difference between what we’ve paid and what we’ve got. The room was smelling of mold and mildew. The AC had water condensation leakages in the room. Have a look at the photos. We’ve paid 117 euro/night with breakfast. This is the worst ever hotel that I’ve stayed since I’m using booking.com. What I don’t understand is how that booking.com allows such type hotels. Totally disrespectful and disappointing.

We stayed as a family of 3 for only one night en-route to Lake Maggiore. The room was clean, big enough for the 3 of us, quiet & the staff were friendly, helpful & professional. The breakfast is extra charge. You can have a sweet or savoury breakfast which costs 2€ more than sweet however in my opinion not worth the extra 2€. We would however stay here again without hesitation.

Room was spacious and ideal for the overnight for the family of four. The waitress from Bosnia that served us a breakfast was a super polite and a superb host making us feel like we had breakfast at our home! Thank you!

Booked this facility for an overnight stay on our trip from Czech Republic to Rimini. Quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, free parking. Two restaurants downstairs

Didn’t have high expectations, but hotel requires deep renovation since few years. Worn out carpets and curtains, broken pieces of appliances.Just a basic breakfast

Hotel is fine for the short stay. Location is walking distance from the center. It’s clean, the bed and bathroom are good. So it’s fair for standing. There are two good restaurants next to the hotel.

The room was spacious and the bathroom very large. Perfect for a family. The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice, big room with a terrace outside. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The room had a fridge and AC. Breakfast was ok: there was fresh bread and fresh fruit available. There is a vending machine by the staircase and two restaurants with a bar next to the hotel.

I like staff, the room area and of course - possibility to stay with cats without additioanal charges. There is a parking near the night door and it is very comfy.

I have found the entrance not from the first try.

Comfortable big beds, friendly staff, nice cycle path nearby for walks. The Fire and co brasserie was well worth an evening meal, too, with attentive staff.

It's easy to hear other guests in their rooms with the TV on - Not a problem if you're a deep sleeper. There wasn't an obvious sign for the hotel name. It just says "Hotel" on the building! Look for the massive "Flame n Co" sign and you have arrived.

Peace and quiet, nice building with a restaurant, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, clean, free parking, close to the city of Udina and the shopping center (about 30 minutes)

Have stayed at Ai Gelsi 5 times before because of its location near family, the parking and its overall convenience to our needs. It continues to provide the comfort and practicality we require. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Ummmm.... The breakfast was a little lacking. The first time we stayed there was in 2011 - a little time ago, we agree - then, the breakfast was exceptional.

Staff was super nice, and the location was really good. It took ca. 40 min to reach Lignano, 40 min to reach Udine...so basically you can travel wherever you like in Friuli. Convenient parking is available. Daily cleaning was perfect

Overall cleanliness was not 100%, a deep clean could do magic with the hotel. The breakfast was only sweets, but you could ask for additional cold cuts and cheese, so that was nice. Interior is quite outdated.

The balconies are joined to other rooms. Because the law does not allow air conditioning, the door to balcony had to be opened for ventilation, which means risk on safety n theft.
