The hotel was in a great location that was near activities but not completely in the mountains and snow. Th staff was great and pleasant

Hotel and room were clean and cozy. It's a bit on the older side, but well maintained. It's a beautiful inn in a convenient location. The town is less touristy compared to other towns in the Dolomites. Breakfast was great.

Amazing mountain location, friendly staff the spa was a nice respite after a day of hiking.

Bed was uncomfortable (very hard), but the room was spacious with a nice view.

We loved this hotel! Great room, great vibe, good breakfast. Everything clean and pleasant. Great value for money. Good location if you are exploring east and west Dolomites areas.

Not a lot of food options nearby at night, so prepare in advance on your drive back.

Location

Our room did not reflect what we typically experience in a 4 star property. After one night, we moved for the next 3 nights to a different hotel down the street which was only 3 star-rated but the experience and the quality of the room was much superior.

Great place for families. The pool, jacuzzi and the two saunas(finish and steam) were a big hit. The breakfast was spot on every time. The staff was always friendly and even put on entertainment for children in the evening. The "ski locker" room is across from hotel where the complimentary minibus drives you to Civetta ski hill.Would stay here again.If you need anything just ask the staff

The staff was super friendly , Valentino and Daniel were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Pastries were not tasty, maybe this way they invite us to visit their pastry shop and consume there? The hotel has a vintage pretty design. The rooms were well equipped. There’s also spa included, very nice experience.

It was a very good location. Very clean and comfortable room and of course free shuttle to ski tracks was great . Free spa area was also perfect for after skiing

Amazing hotel with a lot of history! The hotel was exactly what we needed for a skiing week. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were all lovely and very accommodating. The restaurant inside the hotel had an amazing breakfast with many options and the set menu for dinner was delicious every single night. There was also entertainment at night so there was really no need to leave the hotel. In addition the hotel has a well equipped spa, a ski storage room which was heated and a coach which takes you to and from the slopes. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

We liked everything. Very polite staff. The old spirit of the hotel with history is interesting. Delicious dinner and breakfasts.

The spa and pool area could use more beds or chairs. It might be better to limit the number of visitors to the spa during scheduled hours to make it more comfortable.

Friendly and well- trained hotel staff, free parking nearby, the room and all the hotel is very clean. Excellent food and service at the hotel s restaurant, we also enjoyed the spa and massage. The location is ideal for skiing but you can explore the whole area by car if you are not skiing, there are many things to do .

The breakfast choice and quality, the spa, the location close to all the useful services. The staff was helpful and they listened to our queries and suggestions.

Our room was in the “old” part of the hotel which had not yet been renovated. It’s not that I didn’t like it, it was just not what I had been expecting.

Everything...the pool, the bedroom, the breakfast and the staff.

The room was nice, with a great balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bicycle storage was great.

The bed was lumpy (but I slept ok). I would like more fruit and wholemeal breads for breakfast.

The staff were really nice, especially Daniel at the front desk. He was really helpful and provided a lot of interesting information about the area. The room was large and clean. Plus the sauna and jacuzzi were nice to use too.

I enjoyed the breakfast, spa, and pool during my stay. The property also offers convenient parking, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t pleased with the small size of the bed, and the location isn't the closest to the main attractions in the Dolomites.

The location was lovely and not too busy. The room was lovely and whimsically decorated. The food was good but not amazing. The receptionist was amazing at accommodating us and our dog.

the waiter staff in the dining area could be difficult at times with us wanting to eat in a dog friendly area. Made us feel we were being difficult when it was a dog friendly hotel.
