Pros +
- Great hotel – spacious and beautiful. The room was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The breakfast was rich and delicious.
- Super comfortable, breakfast incredible and the view to the mountains was amazing.
- The location is very convenient. Facilities are beautiful and the view is simply amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- It’s a bit far from everything
- The dinner menu was a bit limitated.
- Breakfast was ok but could improve. Also our room floor was very dirty specially where the heater is located, it hasn’t been cleaned on ages. The shower is very small and uncomfortable, the drain gets clogged and you end up showering in a puddle of water.

Very ols hotel , smells oldLocation far from main town The only thing that is good is the staff members, especially the senegaly gentleman
Old hotel
The location and lobby. All people working there were very helpful and friendly
Pictures in bookings are clearly processed and do not reflect the true age of the building and rooms in particular. Very mediocre comfort with everything being pretty old (besides bathroom which has been recently renovated but is very uncomfortable). Be careful with facilities as booking still shows air conditioning, while there are none at the hotel
Style, architecture and the design of all furniture are of another era and exceptionalBreakfast was pretty good. Could use some variation from day to day.
Hotel Boite (for the Boite river and not as reference to its box shape haha), was probably at the top of its glory in the 80s-90s. Its a really well designed hotel, each room has its balcony and you can feel the interesting architectural elements through the different areas of the hotel. Even if the rooms are a little old, we felt it was a great value and were pretty confortable. The breakfast bar is amazing!
As many mentioned, sound proofing between rooms is not great, but overall we still enjoyed our stay.
Outstanding view. Can get to the bear town in 30-40 mins by foot. Welcoming stuff. Interesting options on the dinner menu
They running lawnmowers at 8 AM. After putting the lights on in the bathroom, it started spreading a very weird smell, the staff didn’t know if it’s normal or not. The rooms are outdated, pricey for its quality.
The location was so good . The architectural of the hotel is amazing i love it.
The WiFi internet was not that good, specially at peak hours. The matter of the bed was not good also i took king size bed but its made of two separate mattress which doesn’t feel comfortable. The pillow are really bad.
It has potential, but the restaurant doesn’t has options or more italian dishes, theres no lunch available, fridge wasnt working, and no air conditioner and they say that they have
I book this with the filter of air conditioner, it turns that it didnt have, the solution from reception was to open the door, which didnt work, i went at the end of june is summer and it is hot, temperature was 29 degrees celcius it is a lot and i couldn't sleep well
Not much. Picked the wrong hotel
Location is not convenient at all. You can’t reach there without a car but still very remote. Overpriced - doesn’t worth the price. Everything is so old. Shower with black mold. The reception looks new and modern but the room is so old that they are still using the old fashion hair dryer with the plastic tube and taped to the hair dryer head. So creepy. I would not recommend it to anyone.
That is the worst place I have ever been. Thought it has a great bar and lobby with bunch of unsupervised teenagers from Eastern Europe. It was not very relaxing.
We loved the unique architecture and original 60s decor. The bar staff were excellent and the views from our room were breathtaking.Very convenient for visiting the Dolomites and Cortina if you have a car.
Unfortunately we were told on arrival that the spa was no longer open even though receiving an email the day before our stay that it would be open. The restaurant is a bit pricey.
Lovely hotel, interesting decor, very 1960s bit top quality. Magnificent views.
Small bathroom but adequate for short stay.
Good breakfast
A la carte menu was rubbish and location wise it was quite far out the way.
The room was cozy and very clean. The stuff was polite and willing to help. The breakfast had a variety of options, and everything was delicious.
We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel has a great vibe, the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed (inclusive by assisting with the shipping of forgotten items). The breakfast was very tasty, with a big variety of products to choose from. The views from the room balcony was breathtaking. The drive to the ski sklopes was relatively short (max 30 min). We would love to stay at Hotel Boite in the future and I would recommend it without hesitation.
Mountain vibe
It is not that far from Cortina but it is very busy road in the morning. Dinner could be of more choices.
Amazing building. Visit if you love mid century architecture.
Staff couldn't really be bothered. Breakfast cold. Bar never open. Just a little effort would have made it much better.
Room was rather big and it also had a nice balcony.Breakfast was nice - a large variety of food, including smoked salmon as well. Location is nice in itself, however access to and from is dependent on a personal car.Hotel lobby was also generous and had a cosy atmosphere!
Entire hotel is in a real need of refurbishment! Furniture in old (could be a 1970's statement!), facilities also are old and somehow not functional (e.g. bathroom shower cabin doors did not close properly), entry door in the room did not close correctly a.s.o.Breakfast coffee was awful (for an Italian hotel, I think they need to improve on that).
