Breakfast was great, staff very kind and helpful. Location was perfect, beautiful piazza just outside. Restaurants were very convenient and good quality

The bed was much too hard for us in the double room (101) but was fine in the single (106). Still after skiing, we were able to get decent sleep. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is right in the center of town. The staff was great and gave us soggy pilgrims an upgrade. It was convenient to shopping and resteraunts. The facilities were nice, the rooms clean and comfortable, and they had a great buffet breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, with some local items that were brought to my table and pointed their origin. Very personal approach, great attitude from the staff. Room wasn't too big, but plenty of space for me. The location is nice, on a pedestrian zone, easy to reach everything. Loved the tea selection, available all day in the lobby.

the only thing that might bother someone is that there is only a short term parking to load and unload, because it is on a pedestrian zone. Didn't have a problem, just mentioning it. Depends on the amount of luggage and mobility.

We loved this boutique style hotel in St. Vincent. Rooms were large and very comfy and we had a lovely view of the Piazza. Walking to the stores and restaurants couldn't be closer, and the parking garage is accessed by a walkway right next to the hotel. The breakfast was also very good, with local meats and cheeses and fresh espresso - yum!

That we only stayed one night

A wonderful hotel that made me feel like I was at home. Good beds, excellent breakfast- we liked the banana bread, juice, and cappuccino, amazing housekeeping- they cleaned our rooms really well!, great location on the Town Square, friendly staff (even though we dont speak Italian,) a classic Europen hotel. Stay here it's great!

Really nice hotel, superb location (central yet quiet).They serve the best breakfast in Italy: apart from the usual they offer a selection of local specialities (cheeses and meets).

The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room is comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The water pressure in the toilet is on the low side. Still works but takes a little more patience to flush down.

Everything was fine. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Only a few notes that disturbed the holiday: 1.The pillows in the bed are uncomfortable and hard. 2.There was a mix-up with the SPA reservation that we were promised and the second time we went to the sauna it was completely cold.

The property is great located centrally with many options for food or drink drinks within our walking distance. Same with access to supermarket. The breakfast included a lot of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very quite. Convenient parking in the underground garage, but you have to ask on reception for parking options and discount price.

Would have more options for breakfast like an omelet or berries for example.

Location, staff, food

Located in the center of St. Vincent, close to shops and restaurants, steps away from the biggest parking. The rooms are nice, the staff is wonderful, everything is clean.

Not necessarily bad, but there's certainly room for improvement:- The thermal isolation of the room is bad. Cold air enters through the balcony door (bad sealing), it's difficult to keep temperature at reasonable levels during the night with air conditioning off. - Breakfast is frugal and monotone, heavy on sugary stuff and very low on vegetables and meat. The cheese and lard "plateau" could be nice for one day or two, but eating lard and sausages every day for a week is bad. no omelet and no ham or salamis for variation are available.- Be warned that the parking service they sell you at 5 euros per day is in fact limited to 10 entrances. When these are exhausted, you have to pay extra, because the car's plate number is recorded into the system and you can't activate another pass on it.

This was the second time we stayed and again it was great!!The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are cozy, and kept clean every day. Breakfast is very good, great selection of cakes and a tasty platter with cheese and salami. All staff are very friendly and polite, Alessandra (I hope I got the name correct), at the reception is very knowlegable of the area and always happy to help with everything and give tips for good trips around Aosta, very friendly too! We give 10 out of 10 stars! And of course, Beatrice the hotel director is the best!!!she gets an extra star :DDDD

Local products were available and the owners were very helpful and informative. The room had an excellent view, it was comfortable and clean, the hotel has a very comfy and inviting saloon with a library and refreshments/tea/coffee/cookies area.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful and service minded, asnwered all our questions and gave us useful information. The interior is old fashioned, but cosy, fitting the italian mountain town vibe.
