The hotel is located in the center of the village, which is very nice for going on a walk to visit it. We were able to check in late and the breakfast was included. The hotel also gave us discounts for the town's spa, even if we weren't able to use it this time we'll keep it in mind for another time.

The breakfast was unimpressive, especially for my vegan partner who didn't find much in it. The hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated in quite some time. There weren't enough places in the hotel's parking lot for us to leave the car.

An old fashioned hotel in the heart of the town, very close to restaurants.

Heating was too high. Definitely too hot.

Very good place to stay for a night. An entry to the SPA was included and as we were on the way to Savonna the SPA was a good place to rest. Good value for the money.

Very pleased receptionist. Efficient and knowledgeable. She spoke excellent English.

The room is in old style. I quite liked it. The windows opened to a view of the alps. The air-conditioning was effective and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful - I needed a German/Italian adapter for some electricals, and they provided one free of charge - bringing it to my room! There is parking available under the hotel although there is cheaper parking in the town. Since we were only taking our overnight bags out of the car, we used the hotel parking as it is more secure. Although I understand the town parking is pretty safe.The room has a fridge, which enabled to store our perishables.We ate around the corner in the Petit Bijou. Excellent food, reasonably priced and a pretty bijou restaurant. But be aware that the staff may only speak Italian (I tried English, German and French!), which caused us some problems with our order. Happily these were resolved.Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Perfectly acceptable. Great coffee!

The shower hose leaked and the shower head needs replacing. I think there needs to be a bath mat to stop slipping. I could have done with some softer pillows.

Lovely old fashioned and bit faded hotel....

we chose this hotel as it had parking but I do think they should not charge for parking if you stay in the hotel- only place in France & Italy we had to pay for parking.

Nicely located close to the centre of the town offering shopping and many restaurants. Our bicycles were safely stored in the underground garage with a lift up to our room; the duty manager went out of his way to assist us.

Nothing to mention - we had a very pleasant stay.

Clean, simple rooms and a good mountain view. Breakfast was pretty solid too with fresh juices and lots of coffee options.

Slight treck from the station, everything seemed a little too much effort for the staff (except one of them who was great). I feel a little mislead with the pool and spa as it is actually a 20 minute walk away and has no affliation to the hotel whatsoever and still costs 30 euro each for 3 hours. Oh and the fridge didn't really work
