Well finished, spotless and a sense that the owners and staff took pride in the hotel.

The food was sufficient but not exceptional. I couldn’t say it wasn’t appetising but probably not of a 5star standard.

Room windows, when opened FILTHY DIRTY, LIVE SPIDERS AND WEBS, LIVE CRAWLING INSECTS.Breakfast choices and service was lacking.

We stayed before because of its beautiful SPA and tasteful interiors.

Unfortunately the whole place starts to look run down. Needs more attention to detail and maintenance. Breakfast is a total chaotic experience. Lots of untrained staff running around. Not even tea and coffee got served.

Absolutely fantastic place. The spa is mega and the overall vibe and feel is very special. Food was mega and the staff very helpful and professional. Rooms were huge and the decor was perfect. 100% recommend and I will be returning in 2025 for sure!

Parking was good and there was plenty of space, although the car park is broken in to 3 or 4 sections. The charge for the spa access was a bit steep but it is exceptional. Gym is a bit small with only 2-3 newer resistance machines and 4-5 pieces of cardio equipment.

we book the hotel restaurant but we where located in noisy area , we ask for the main restaurant area but we got astonishing answer it is reserved for more important !!!! people ???

We really liked the spa, great offerings and friendly staff. Hotel location was also great with good room size.

Only outside parking is offered with no clearly marked spots. Almost no place to park if you arrive late. The breakfast options are limited for a 5* hotel.

Beautiful hotel in great location with spacious rooms and lovely spa

Despite staying in a suite in the 5 * hotel we were charged EUR50 for a parasol by the pool even though it was 4pm. We have never heard of such a thing in any hotel in any country and it completely ruined what would have been a lovely experience.

Staff is nice but not 5 star Hotel level. You need to wait quite long to get attended at breakfast and the Restaurant staff for dinner is also not very attentive.You also need to pay for the „nice“ beds next to the pool eventhough the staff at the Spa reception says we dont have to. I have never seen sonething like this for Hotel guests.

Beautiful old hotel with excellent facilities. The room was very nice with a huge bed and luxurious bathroom. The spa was brilliant - really big with lots of pools, two saunas, a Turkish bath and plenty of different types of showers. Outdoor pool also fantastic with great views over the valley. We stayed two nights and it was super comfy. Had dinner the first night in the town at Vinosteria Borracho which was exceptional - definitely a must.

The staff were a bit lackluster - nothing exceptionally bad, just a bit disorganised, unsure and kind of fake nice like they're only just holding onto sanity. Front desk were lovely but elsewhere...eh. The restaurant was a let-down for a five star hotel - no drinks menu offered, and maybe I am showing a lack of class here, but they didn't know what an espresso martini was so my parter got....something else. The food was kind of disappointing and expensive for what we got. My partner enjoyed his pasta, but his steak and my deer were lacking in flavour. Not to mention they didn't take walk-ins which was odd cos the restaurant is HUGE and they had only opened up 1/3rd of it. We went in July which shouldn't really be an off-season that might explain it. Most restaurants I've been to (especially hotels) always have room for walk-ins and especially for guests of the hotel. Breakfast was also not the greatest - there was plenty of choice but it didn't taste high quality. There were no hot eggs, as the scrambled eggs tray was empty every time we went. The bacon was cold. All in all, the hotel is worth the stay for the facilities alone, if you avoid the restaurant

5 star hotel but couldn't drive up to reception, worse was no concierge to help with bags from the car park.Paper coffee cups in the room,,, really.

We had some kind of suite, that was comfortable to use, but room decoration is poor.The SPA facilities are good and enjoyable.

Location is not that good referring to the major sites to visit in Aosta Valley.The service is defiantly the weak point of the hotel:- we reported twice to the reception that there is a leaking of water in the toilet, and the water boiler is not working - but unfortunately no repaired done. - The stuff of the restaurant in the dinner will not let you in although there is a free tablet.The breakfast is poor at it relating to vegetables and selection of white cheese and other product.

The spa is excellent, 3 different swimming pools,. The hotel location is great , we had lovely view from the room.

I think you can don’t use plastic for cover all glasses in spa to waste less plastic. Menu in restaurant can be better. It is also strange that sunbeds with a parasol outside are offered at an additional cost. If the weather had been good, this fact would have upset me ?

Amazing spa and outdoor pool facility with extra good masseur. Ask for a room with a view of the Aosta valley.

the staff was really unfriendly. It was as if no one liked working there. It started from check-in and continued the entire trip. I asked where I could charge my car and the lady at reception first looked at me as if I was bum and asked if I even stayed in the hotel - she just saw me coming from the elevators. We saw staff argue all the time and continue doing it when guests approached them. We had diner one evening in the restaurant: same pattern: unfriendly staff and chaos in the service. We had a 3 course menu and after the second course they emptied the table and asked if we wanted desert. We didn't even get our main course. Wine was included, but we got the food but no wine. I had to ask for it at each course. And then we got the bill: 370€ while it should have been 170€. There was this mysterious "something from the chef" on the bill. We refused and after - yet again some arguing between staff - we got the correct bill. Too bad for a 5 star hotel at those prices.

Great newly renovated property severely let down by bad staff, likely due to poor management.

I would improve restaurant staff service

very well appointed rooms, bathrooms, restaurants are nice, breakfast too. spa is very detailed, wonderful facilities and very nice.

This is a large hotel, that means not for everyone. there is a casino too which means certain customer demographics in some of the guests (we found very amusing).

Amazing Spa; it's spacious, looks great and feels great. Amazing view. Amazing everything.

Ok. I paid for a tea bag used in the room. Not the best idea.
