Hotel Village

Such a cute place. Loved everything about it. it was central of the aosta valley so with the car it was easy moving around as it was so centralized. I will definitley go back when going to the mountains.

We stayed in a room within the main building. The personnel was very kind and friendly. The room itself was spacious, had strong heating, a lot of space to put your luggage, and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet is also in the main building and it was your standard hotel breakfast with bigger variety of sweet options as it is usual in Italy. The free parking is available for every guest, no need to book it.

One point down for the location as it is in the suburbs of highway, 10min drive to the city center of Aosta.

Alessandro was the most gracious host. Helped with everything, down to providing glue for my torn boot! The breakfast, the room, the cleanliness.

Nice place out of the city of Aosta.Very nice people. The Chelotte are big and comfortable. You get your full privacy. Must have a car to go around.

Some of the facilities, specially the exterior, common areas and the lodges looked very good

Our room was in the main Building. It was a little bit load (from the nerby Highway). There was too much dust (my wife is allergic) and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Sadly not what we expected

Would have a liked a double bed for my children, rather than the foldable version.

Check in was super easy. Prior to that there was very clear communication from the staff. My kids loved the fact we had our own cabin, which was super cozy.

The airconditioning does not work for the person who uses the sofa bed. A fan or something would be usefull (we forgot to ask about this, so no mistake here)

Great setting, very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Location was very handy for travelling but nothing in walking distance. No issue though for us.

Noisy and not fully open which was not clear when booking.

Very tranquil but easy to locate from the motorway. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a chalet which was very comfortable and the grounds were perfect to walk the dog.

There were no restaurants within walking distance so we had to drive to Aosta. The town was lovely but as a Brit driving in an Italian town was not pleasant.The only sockets in the room were for the kettle and it was hard to reach

The staff were great and very friendly. Chalet was nice and great to wake up surrounded by the mountains

I personally found it difficult to find and if you take the wrong turn it can easily cost you 11 euros and 12 miles to get back where you was. I did it 3 times but it was a long day

Easy access to motorway but within town centre . Holiday feel .clean and modern feel

Our unit was close to a road, so a bit noisy late and early.
