Everything. Clean and comfortable rooms, good and reach breakfast, location, spa.Super nice and attentive staff.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.The hotel is beautiful and have a very calm atmosphere. The breakfast was very rich and diverse.

The ski room is relatively simple.It doesn't have a bench and a door to the hotel interior. But maybe it's because it has less demand by the hotel guests. Either way, the staff were very helpful to facilitate that problem.

This property is beautifully situated in the valley. It is out of the town centre and somewhat of a country feeling but close to the town if you need to get to it quickly. Only a few minutes away.The main reason we stayed in this area was to visit the mountains and the national park. The hotel was perfectly situated for this. If we ever come to this area again, we will hopefully book this beautiful hotel again.

This is a beautiful hotel well appointed. The rooms were a good size. Very very clean and comfortable.The breakfast were excellent, and the staff for all was very helpful and cheerful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Very clean rooms

We selected the hotel for the spa facilities and the availability of twin bedrooms. During the booking we selected 2 rooms with twin beds as we were traveling with 4 guys. At arrival the staff informed us that they only had 1 twin bedroom and that we could book a double bedroom for single use for 70 euro. They said that it was a request based on availability and as the booking was made after 2pm they could not change a double bedroom room in a twin room. The spa was fully booked (12 people) and was only available at 20.30 at a charge of 40 euro per person. Last, the airco was switched off and room was uncomfortable hot.

Our third visit. Comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. When my wife mentioned she was gluten intolerant, they made no fuss and immediately went and retrieved a basket of gluten free items (see photo)

The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and nice. The whole of the property was very clean and provided a comfortable and safe environment. The room was spacious and definitely a great deal for the price. The breakfast buffet was a bigger than expected. Not too far from the city center with a nuce parking lot.

I would have liked a slightly thicker blanket, however it was not tragic given the adjustable heating/air conditioning in the room.

We enjoyed the position away from the centre The staff were fabulous friendly helpful and most spoke 3 languages- English Italian French & possibly German The restaurant underneath provides good substantial meals if you don’t want to travel & there are 2 others in walking distance

I just wished I could have stayed longer. If I had only know how great this place would be, I would have planned my trip enterely different and spent more time in Vale d'Aosta at Hotel Diana

Impeccably clean and super friendly service

The room was in the front facing the street. We could definitely hear street noise, but at a reasonable level. We thought it would be in a more natural setting. It wasn't. Also, if you didn't pay for the spa, you could not access the garden and view from behind. That was probably the worst thing, and really pointless. Especially since all the pictures were of the garden and view. All we wanted to do was enjoy a drink and admire the view. Not cool
