Park Hotel Villa Salzea

The owner couldn't do enough for us. Made bookings for us. Dinner was excellent. Good breakfast. Property was beautiful.

Little tricky to find.

Very quiet location outside Torino. Railway station is 1,6 km / 25 minutes by foot away with frequent trains to Torino city center (simple check in with contactless Visa/MasterCard).

This is a lifetime professional team with amazing hospitality and good will. This facility is an historical jewel. With well kept environment and gardens.

The meal was exceptional.All local produce and ample of it.Owners were superb.

The property is beautiful and located in a perfect, quiet corner of farm country - easily accessible to Centro Torino. Parking is easy, breakfast was incredible (full compliment of fresh juices, made-to-order eggs, etc.)Linnens were soft, the shower more than ample (not typical for the region), the room was spacious and clean, and the grounds were perfectly maintained. The real stars however, were the staff. In fact, the staff were truly remarkable. Due to a flight delay, we arrived after 2:00am and the owner displayed great patience and professionalism and accommodating us and waiting at the desk to show us to our room. Of course, don't do that, but the kindness and hospitality of the staff in receiving us so late truly distinguishes the property. The owner's pride and dedication is clear to see in all aspects of the hotel.

Google maps can lead drivers a bit astray in arriving at the property. It's worth consulting the desk for the simple directions to reach the parking lot from town.

Although close to Turin and to the A21 Autostrada you are not aware of this. The Villa Salzea is a calm and tranquil location on the edge of the country surounded by green spaces. The gardens are large and tranquil. The hosts are welcoming and take care to make guests feel relaxed. The walks around the area are easy and enjoyable.

The restaurant was closed during our stay but we were given directions to local restaurants and the room had kitchen facilities.

Classic old villa but need modernization especially the bathroom. Apparently rooms are not frequently used as water from the tap needs to run a couple of minutes to make sure to avoid risk of legionella. Not a lively place to hang around

Beautifully kept old property with a very nice,kind and accommodating family in charge

Car had broken down owners went over and above to help offering breakfast, lunch and dinner even though their restaurant was closed and offering assistance to collect our vehicle which had been towed. Beautiful setting and grounds, amazingly relaxing, cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by the owners.

It could have had a bigger TV, a bigger shower, it all its other charms makes this pale into insignificance.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were delightful. The staff was patient, kind and professional. The swimming pool was lovely. The rooms, while not the most luxurious, were perfectly adequate. The airco, unlike some other places in Italy, actually cooled the room. We got great value for our money, and certainly recommend this place.
