- Localization, although I booked the room w/ wifi, which didn't work (room 105) and view was to garden
- The terrace for dinner was nice with a super view of Barolo. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was very clean. The service was friendly.

Cons -
- The owners of the hotel keep their poor little dog outside in a cage, in the middle of the parking lot, with no bed or blanket or any comfort at all. Freezing in the winter and boiling hot in the summer, with no ability to interact socially or affectionately with other animals or people. The dog could easily live inside the hotel, it's not big and is very friendly. Terrible on the the part of the owners.
