Hotel Ristorante Continental

We received such a warm welcome by Carmen. She made us feel like we were part of the family. All the staff were also so kind and helpful.The room was very clean, with comfortable bed, soft bed sheets and good pillows. There’s also an amazing scent throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and delicious coffee. We had a rental car and were thankful for the peace of mind of parking in their underground garage.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property and our stay.

Close proximity to an event we went to, comfy beds, great bathroom, and shower. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Staff was hospitable to book us a taxi and to allow to leave the baggage after checkout until our event finished.

Very friendly and kind receptionist.We came late and she called local restaurants to check which one was opened so we could have some dinner.

Aircondition did not work so it was very hot in the room.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. You can park the car inside the property or in the garage in the basement. The location is good but it is better to have a car. By car you can easily visit Bergamo (about 20 min. drive), Leolandia, Crespi sull'Adda or other destinations nearby. Nearby you will find plenty of shopping malls and fast food.

The Hotel is located on an high-traffic street. Traveling to and from Bergamo during week days, you can easily get stuck in the traffic jam

Very good location for the conference hall where my friends and I went.

The staffs are not friendly,, racist for sure and my friend and I spent the two nights without heating in our room the room was cold as a hell so I'm not satisfied at all, the quality isn't worthy it for the money that I pay

We did not eat brekfast. There are nothing to like.

Staff , manager at reception, was not friendly. Refuse to give us ice because we do not by wine in the hotel. Unbelievable in "4 star" hotel . The hotel can not be rated as 4 stars in general as well. There is a high way Motel actually .
