Excellent breakfast at a fair price, easy parking, comfortable bed.

Hotel staff were amazing. So helpful. Called us taxis printed out step by step instructions for getting to the race track, brilliant. Very clean and so easy to text and sort things out for room etc code to get into the building and water.

The shower head wasn’t the best, but totally useable.

The staff was super nice. We would do late checking after reception closed, but the receptionist stayed an extra hour until we arrived

Rooms and elevator definitely need a renovation. However it's a good stay for the price.

Too hot in the room couldn’t change the thermostat opened full door window outside very noisy next door guests smoking cigarettes out of their room window

The hotel’s personell were very nice and friendly. Hotel was clean, internet was perfect and in sum the hotel was really good

Extremeley pleasant staff both at front of house reception and the bar and restaurant areas, we had a bit of a language problem but overcome that with the use of google translator staff were so patient and accomodating. Breakfast was really good, excellent choice for veg and non vegetarians.

The set menu for the evening meal was limited especailly for vegetarians but the restaurant staff were happy to bespoke our meals so were flexible and patient. The price of our meal and a few alcoholic drinks was very reasonable.

Exceptional

You need to pay 10 euro for underground parking, but there are just few places so is necesarly to let key at recepetion in case they need to move your car.

The place is very nice and clean, the staff is friendly and very useful. Very good breakfast we really enjoy it.

Unfortunately the place is not in central location, a bit uncomfortable to move without car. We had a really good time but there was couple of family with kids very very noisy.

Bad

During the breakfast we see that there is a pork which we do not eat. We stayed 8 nights bu only 2 breakfast they gave us a salmon (which was already there) We went to recepition to thank and they said " you are eating so much" we really did not understad this situation.

good restaurant

the room and furniture & bathroom were from 1980/1990.breakfast included was not a big choice at Sunday morning 9:00 after a big bus group has left. service people explained that there will be no more eggs or sausages/ham anymore. This was a bit surprising.

Comfortable, clean rooms in a quiet area. The food was tasty and the staff friendly and helpful.

This is not the best location if you want to travel by public transport. The food is tasty but almost the same every day.

Fabulous hotel, reasonable price but excellent staff which makes all the difference. Having just driven through France where the staff were once again just not welcoming.

Bed was a little hard but this is so subjective that probably not worth mentioning. It is not a complaint just a comment.

Sound isolation of doors wasn't very good, could hear every noice from corridor... And smell of some air refreshener in corridor was so pungent and strong that it could cause tears from your eyes and breathing troubles?I understand that it was with the best of intentions, however it caused some discomfort.

Fronrlt of house and room attendant staff friendly and polite, location was perfect to visit family.

Room was 2 star. The Shower and toilet was disgusting. We took photos and complained to the manager and asked for our money back for the room 159 euros. Their response was shocking, blaming us for high expectations and for our comments on the facilities and amenities. Saying that next time we should stay somewhere else, that was a 5 star hotel. Saying that we were clearly used too.. Terrible way to treat quests. No kindness, no consideration and no customer focus. They gave us 50 euros back after our stay saying it was a good will gesture.We borrowed iron and ironing board from reception but it was burnt on the steel plate and ironing board cover was soiled and dirty. They only have one iron for the hotel...we complained about that also, they said they had a minibar, but the fridge was old and rusty inside and had nothing inside it? We coplained about that tooBreakfast was shocking, continental breakfast with no dietry requirement signs in english anywhere until the 4th day of our stay. After we made the complaint they put a sign up stating Gluten Free near a small table. There was no toaster, only sandwhich maker! The eggs abd bacon in the cheffing dishes were cold every morning. One day my husband opened a boiled egg, and was shocked to see that the white of the egg was jelly and black..we showed the waitress..she was shocked.A Terrible experience.

hotel was doing construction at hotel. we didn’t have access for balcony. there was no notice before we book

rooms are very small for two people and no ac control. asking passport to leave when u get out from hotel also was not nice

Hello, we checked into the hotel for a couple of hours to spend the night before departure, the hotel's website clarified the availability of a transfer to the airport, where a specific time was not indicated.Upon arrival, we find out that the transfer is only possible at 6 am, when we have a departure at 5 am and there is no other way to get to the airport (no taxi, buses, nothing).As a result, I had to spend exactly 1 hour in a paid hotel to get into the offered car in an hour for a fee, which made me have to spend the night at the airport.
