Pros +
- The apartment is small, but clean and well-maintained.The staff is friendly and welcoming.I really liked the free shuttle train that takes you to the village center where you can find restaurants, markets, fun activities for kids, pools, and more. The internet is fast and stable, and there’s plenty of parking space. The location is perfect if you're visiting Lake Garda or nearby attractions like Gardaland.I would recommend this place to everyone.
- It was basic but clean and comfortable, great & very welcome AC in July. It’s more like rooms above the reception area for the entire campsite. Rooms had a fridge and modern and clean. The park is massive and you have access to all the facilities and a train that brings you around(though it was often full). Pool area is excellent. It’s beside a lively canal walk and a very tiny village.
- Good location with family staying in park. Excellent pools.
Cons -
- The bar & entertainment area is beside the pool, so a good walk away. If you had been out in the larger town of Perschia (which is a drive away) and came back to the hotel is was completely empty at night and you had to walk dark paths up to pool area. For the price it’s fine and good location to go and explore. Breakfast was poor. If I was to stay again I’d just stay in a mobile home, it was better set up for this.
- No toiletries provided, despite being on info. When asked repeatedly I was given 1 sachet of shampoo (for a 6 night stay!) Great to have kettle in room, but tea bags and sugar were not replenished...and no milk, despite a fridge in the room.
- It was a bit hard to understand prior to the arrival what will our rooms will look like. Reccomanded to arrive and leave with a car. Line 482 (i think that's the number) can be fully packed

Nice location and facilities. Ok breakfast and helpful staff.
Hotel la diga is a hotel inside the reception's building and not in the village. The facilities are still open for everyone. Sadly we didnt have time to go to the pools and all the activities but it has an amazing facility playground

Great facilities, lots to do on-site, train to take you from hotel to pool area, fridge in room.
Lots of ants.
The location, breakfast, staff, it look like great for walking around the river
I like the location and the nature all around the hotel
I didn't like the staff , because they were unresponsive. We have to wait a lot of time to check in.And in the morning at the breakfast, the lady who was in charge with the breakfast and the coffee at the bar was really unfriendly, ignorant and with a bad attitude towards the clients. And the second inconvenient was that:Again at the breakfast place when we have to have breakfast,in the same time the cleaning lady was cleaning there between us and the food with chlorine and was making insupportable smells and noise.I think that is very unprofessional and totally disrespectful for the clients .
Perfect location, clean modern hotel room, looks great for children
In peak season not sure if there would be enough parking spots
All was great We were in a low season and was all nice Location is great In the forest Stuff is happy and smily like all Italian at Toscana ??
Doors in hotel could be a ,bit more soundproof ?
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location next to the river is also nice.
Our room was to the side and not in the main hotel so we were not together with our daughters. TV didnt work and we also didnt have wifi. The wifi in the reception area was very weak and most times didnt even work. Investing more into wifi would be my suggestion. And also some adapters for different car chargers would be nice.
Great location next to the river. Perfect for a late walk. I was amazed also with the camp next to the hotel. Easy to find. Free parking. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. During our visit the camp was full of activities and evening events.
It can be a bit disturbing that you can hear everything from the hallway.
Basic rooms for a one or two day stay. Good for the price. There was an issue with the room given but staff solved the issue quickly. You can go the camp also, which is nice.
The breakfast was ok but with some stuff from previous day.
