Hotel Gallo

The hotel is in a little village and is the gateway to heaven stunning views across the lake and the staff where amazing nothing was too much trouble from booking buses down to the beach to getting a corkscrew at 10 at night. Will defo be back

The staff where super nice with us, helpful, collaborative and gentle :DSwimming pool is nice, tranquil and has a great view.Breakfast covers all needs/wills and is abundant.The hotel all in all has a very nice vibe. It's confortable and the location is perfect.The little cute town is 1 min away walking.I recommend booking a room with a balcony. It's worth it.

Incredible breakfast, very kind staff (even in a busy Holliday), nice location, with good restaurants around. The wellness facilities were great for a relaxing weekend.

The bed did not have cover sheets, only duvets, then we had some difficult with thermal comfort during sleep.

The experience was perfect - our apartment was very spacious, kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. Very nice people there, beautiful views, we will definitely be back :)

Very nice hotel in the centre of town, great staff, very helpful, they pulled me a beer as soon as I arrived after a long day cycling, there is also a pizza restaurant opposite the hotel if you arrive late like it did (Hotel Restaurant closes at 8pm) which meant I didn't go hungry good breakfast selection and great value

The hotel is situated high on the mountainside with stunning views across Lake Garda. The hotel, our apartment and the small town of Gardola were all spotlessly clean and everyone was helpful and welcoming. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular lakeside locations and has a very chill vibe.

There was a good varied breakfast offering but hot food was often in need of replenishing. To be fair to the staff, this was addressed on request.

no air conditioning, the room looks old

The beautiful surroundings of the mountains and the lake are breathtaking. The whole facility is very clean, delicious food in the restaurant. Przesympatyczny staff. Very nice and helpful hotel owners. Let me tell you briefly, I felt exceptional for the whole 12 days. Mrs. Fulvio, I have to come back to you, I fell in love with this place.

I don't like that it was time to leave and we had to say goodbye

Villa Clelia is a big property in good location, with a private garden where cars can be parked in. It was clean and well equipped. The breakfast in Hotel Gallo was delicious, the pool has great views and dogs are allowed everywhere. Everything was amazing.

The staff was extremely cordial and gave us information on things to do around the area and where to eat. Me and my partner also happen to be celiacs and we were happy to discover that they could tailor our dinner and breakfast with gluten-free options. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can say that the location is great. You can have breakfast on the terrace looking down at the lake.

The food people and service were great. However there was no electrical outlet near bed which is needed for cpap (breathing machines) also for charging mobile devicesThe owners gave us a n extension chord to use, and treated us warmly.

More electrical outlets needed .Shower very tiny but adequate.

A little off the beaten path but it provides an extraordinary view over the lake. Loved eating breakfast out on the terrace to see the lake and take in the sights. Clean and comfortable room, appreciated the dog friendly nature. Close to restaurants with a coupon for the one directly across the street! Hotel bar provides drinks late as well.

We liked the apartment, the window in a ceiling was nice. All cooking equipment.Enough space for family.From far above but could see the lake.

It is not close to lake, takes time to go down from mountainA bit too dark in a shower, not too much water pressure, and no small shower, only the one running from above, for washing child is not too comfortable.No washing machine for clothes

All of the food was exceptional, exceeded my expectations greatly. Very good value for money and we were extremely pleased with each meal we had.

The location was quite hard to reach from local landmarks but this can’t be helped. Once you are there it is in a lovely area with amazing views.
