A nice hotel building, high above the lake in a small Italian town. (Very small.) Great views, nice little village to walk around in, good pool and pool deck for swimming/sunning. The front desk staff were great, and let us put a bottle of wine in the fridge at the bar so it would chill. The little town has good restaurants and a nice local feel.

The rooms are very small, but luckily ours had A/C, because I've heard some didn't and the guests were sweltering. No fridge in the room either, which we got everywhere else we stayed in Italy. The breakfast was pretty basic, with a few questionable items, and the staff seemed a bit harried by requests.

Had a decent stay here. Rooms and bathroom were a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. Overall, it was an average experience. Suitable for a short stay, but might not be the best choice for those seeking luxury.

Wonderful location. Simple and sober however clean interior. Bed and pillows okay. Fresh. Balcony view on mountains. Excellent breakfast. And with temperatures of 32gr Celcius the pool is very welcome.

If you haven’t booked room 110, all other parking lots are much too small, even for small cars and excellent drivers. Do you own a Cabrio or Coupe, with 2 large doors, ask reception for parking lot 110 ?Price and service are very well in balance. It’s located on the mountain in a fabulous small town with excellent restaurants. I would have rated this Bellavista with a 10, if the parking was less difficult / scaring ??‍♂️

Everything was perfect especially the amazing lake view! The staff was really nice and helpful.

Brand new! Super kind staff. Great breakfast. Very clean rooms. Comfortable and cozy beds. Fantastic heater in room. Took a few minutes for water in shower to get hot. Great value for money. They even allowed us to bring our bikes inside! Should highly recommend. Great people! great place!!

The way to the accommodation was a little difficult but in the end it was worth it. The view of the lake is phenomenal, the room is clean and neatly furnished with all the necessary things. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great recommendation.

-the shower over the toilet is a little annoying. -The hotel restaurant was closed at 9pm on a Saturday night which is quite strange for Italy… no problem as very close to lots of other restaurants.

We stayed last year on round garda cycle gravel ride so wanted to return for the great viewsGreat room, great restaurant near by. Helpful staff, great breakfast and good secure bike storage.

Great location for views over Lake Garda. Very clean, comfortable hotel and friendly staff with free parking around the hotel. Excellent pizzeria very close by if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

• as the name says it is an Albergo, it is an old hotel that was in its heyday once upon a time• in the summer the room is hot, due to the lack of air conditioning• you can go down to the lake mainly by car• strange smell in the room (old, dusty furniture smell - I don’t know how to explain it)• the room looked better in the photos

The surroundings, the waterfall, the church on the mountaintop, the restaurant on the opposite side from the special gasstation, and the small square, the pool, the staff, the village and the breakfast.

No fan or Aircond at the room, it was extremely hot during our visit.

Lack of empathy from staff

Rude staff. Common areas dirty. Very old appliances in the room. And the worse: NO WIFI

Simple but clean room, comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Parking next to the hotel. Great, clean pool.Unfortunately, we did not get a place for dinner without a previous reservation in the hotel restaurant, the same problem was in the city. We bought a takeaway pizza. Pleasant bartender in the lobby bar.Perfect breakfast, sufficient selection of salty and sweet food.

The view was outstanding. Well worth getting a room with a lake view. And loved the pool area! We sadly couldn't get on for dinner but got takeaway from the pizza place down the road. Very quick, reasonable and delicious. We say on our balcony and enjoyed the view.

The room was a little small, but fine. As a few reviews have said, the bathroom is a bit interesting with the toy toilet basically being in the shower. It was actually fine to use and the shower was nice and warm and powerful, but probably a bit odd if unexpected.

We loved the breakfast and it was easy to store and charge our e bikes. The staff was accommodating and kind. The views of the mountainside were nice, but the views of the lake on the other side were much nicer. We also liked having a porch.

The rooms were fairly minimal, but they worked!
