Super good location. Perfect for a ski holiday. Amazing view from the balcony.

The hotel is modern and designed well. It was warm and rooms well kept.

The staff at reception were very unhelpful to all the guests in our party. Seemed unwilling to answer any questions no matter how basic without checking with a manager in the back office. Requests always met with a “no”… eg could we have an envelope. The pool is very inaccessible, with very limited options to use.

money schemes and scams, when booking they show an amount, when paying it is instantly withdrawn, the in-room bar was chargeable even for the first consumption, breakfast poor in options, scrambled eggs aubergine color, probably old and strange in taste, I paid for the first night, but the payment for the second night didn't work (I don't know why, because we stayed at another hotel and everything worked), It was suggested to me to cancel the reservation on booking without being charged (even though it said there that you would be charged) and in the end I was charged €51 for the cancellation. If the air had been charged, we would have been asked for that too.

The hotel and its facilities were fine. The food was very good and the service in the restaurant very friendly.

The lady at the front desk was unpleasant, unprofessional with poor English skills. The pool was very cold - the water. My daughter who is 14 years old paid for her stay as an adult, but could not go to the pool because she is a child :-(

We LOVE the restaurant, very tasty plates, and the maître Salvatore, is very professional…. he makes us wish to return in this place. The animation with Lorenzo was perfect. The life music makes you feel good and relaxed, he has a sweet voice. We liked the swimming pool and the position of the hotel.Thank you for everything ❤️

Nice rooms, good breakfast. Walking distance to supermarket. Ideal for people who like snow and skiing.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the town of Aprica. It is a great spot for visiting the ski slopes. The upper floors offer a beautiful view of the village and the mountains. The room was clean and warm.

The hotel is not worth its price. It is an average hotel. The breakfast, in particular, is very poor. Parking is wherever you can find a spot. The rooms are very small.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable.

The hot food at breakfast was inedible due to it being so salty.

Booked it extra for the Wellness. It costs extra... but still it's closed. They should then remove it from the advertised facilities. Staff war ok but not very friendly.

In the wellness hotel you must pay 15 euro/person to go in to the 2x5 meter pool and to the sauna which maximum 2 person can fit and the interior probably from IKEA. After 50 minutes of using the pool, we Neva to leave, because they have time restriction in there too. I reserve this hotel because the wellness, but it was a big mistake!

I like the hotel design and the location is good.

Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms, only in certain spot of the hotel. Staff keep telling us it works.

They’re not very flexible about checking in

The property is located way up in the mountains in Aprica. We needed to take a taxi to take us 25 minutes up the mountain from the train station in Torino. It was $100 just to get to and from the hotel which I was not counting on.

The hotel itself is centrally located in Aprica. Staff is unable to communicate other than in Italian, which made it difficult. The breakfast selection was poor and limited and the dining room made you feel like you are living in a Nursing Home. The room was VERY hot. The air condition was turned off and we did not even get a room fan to combat the extreme heat. The outside of the property itself is very loud during the night- dogs barking till the early hours of the morning and people being out loud.

Room was small but clean. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was very small and it looked like the water is not draining at all in the shower. There was no ventilation in the room.

Very nice location, quite place close to the forest and the city center. Nice room with balcony on the forest. Small swimming pool heated with transat. Chairs and tables outside, very nice in the evening. Small parking place but no issues for finding a place.

Breakfast not very good. The quality of the products was not at the level of a 4star hotel. Impossible to drink the coffee.
