Massimo is a very friendly host. Proactive anticipating all wishes. Great help after Car damaged in robbery near Monza circuit. Organized very fast professional car repair. Big thx for that

I really liked the view and how clean the room was. The area was very nice and had an amazing view of the mountains and the foliage. The manager was very nice and considerate, and luckily spoke 5 languages so there was no real language barrier.

If was a bit annoying that the manager seemed inconsistent with when he was at the desk. Sometimes he was there at a certain hour but the next day or even the next minute he was completely gone.

The host provided us with great info on how to go to lake Como, where to park, and where not to go in the city. The rooms were great!

One of the worst accomodation experiences of our lives and terrible value for money.

Old subpar facilities, air conditioner automatically turned off at 11pm, no wifi available, tv did not work, lots of noise from other guests (i.e. people snoring in next room), cigarette burns on bedding, room smelled like cigarettes. All around a very unpleasant experience.

Location was good for us. The room was OK for the price

The rooms were dark and musty smelling and mold was on the ceiling.We did not choose the breakfast plan so we were charged a ridiculous 15EU for 3 coffees even when the free coffee machine was not working properly.

We stayed here overnight on the way home - ended up here as all the hotels around Como were either full or ridiculously expensive! The hotel was OK, as was the room. Bit of a delay getting in, but no real problem. Useful for the location at least

There is nowhere to eat in the village - we ended up driving to Erba and found a good place in a square. The hotel is not luxury or cute, it works fine for an overnight

We greatly enjoyed staying in this very comfortable and clean hotel. The check in was easy and the owner was very helpful by providing us with a map and where to go, it was great info! The hotel was in a great area as we were close to all the main spots of Lake Como but not in the heart of it which is crowded and over priced. The hotel was excellent value for money, nothing came close to it!

Internet coverage is not good, most of the time we weren't able to access it.

We were travelling by a motorcycle and the hotel met all our basic needs: secure parking, breakfast and a balcony. The location was good for us as we were passing through. It was a refreshment to have an english speaking host. It was a great value for the money. If you are looking for a decent place to stay over night and not get ripped off, this is the place.
