The road to it was vary difficult if your not used to drive in narrow road

We stayed for 2 night no home service available no cleaning and there is no one in the reception, basically it was a restaurant with some room in the next floor , the breakfast was vary basic and no egg available , the bed was tiwin bed in a vary small room one was in a top of the other ot make a single bed .

We had to leave out early before breakfast was served, and the staff was very gracious and put together a travel breakfast bag for us.

We loved everything

The most convenient location in Nesso. The restaurant was a bonus and easy walk to ferry and to cafes/bars. Bus stop across the street. Staff were excellent.

Room was significantly smaller than we thought. Could use updating. A little hard to get in and out of after hours.

Great stay with an amazing view. Value for the stay was great as well.

Restaurant was not great… over priced relative to other places in town and neighboring towns.

The triple room was tiny, basically you could only sit or lie in bed, no space to put suitcases, etc.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, sheets were dirty, left over plate and rub is from previous occupant

Dinner at the restaurant was just fabulous. Amazing food and good wine. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can also help you book a boat tour around Lake Como, which was one of the main highlights of our Italy trip. Stunning Como views too.

Clean and great location

One night until 11:30pm music was loud.

Great location, very clean, very helping and friendly staff, nice restaurant/terrace and good food. It’s 5-10 minutes walking distance to Ponte della Civera where you can have a swim while watching the waterfall behind the bridge!

The only downside was in our room the furnace from the pizza oven was radiating heat the entire night. For us it was manageable with the help of AC but we ignored that part.

I loved the small town feel , the view was amazing and the staff was excellent. Wish we had booked another night

Was nothing we didn’t like

The location and the view is amazing! Though you need to walk a bit on the highway if you are travelling without car like us. The staff was so nice, kind and helpful that we couldn’t ask for more! The restaurant is also really good and the breakfast was totally fine, especially having it over a magnificent view is priceless.

The room was really small and very hot, actually the wall was absorbing the sun all day i guess since at night it was still in flames! That made rather hard to sleep without air conditioner on. And from your own room, unfortunately you could hear everything in the hall or other rooms in the floor you are staying.

It’s located in a wonderful place, and the view didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, so we had a very pleasant stay. The room was pretty small, but it was enough for us because we didn’t spend much time there. You can get to the village pretty easily, there are ferries going there from Como, you just need to check the schedule beforehand. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for the wonderful service!

I’d only want to have some slippers in the room, because the floor is tiled and it’s pretty cold. Everything else was great!

Friendly staff and great location.

The room is too small for the price. The bathroom is disproportionately big compared with the room.The breakfast is ok but it doesn't offer any hot options, again it is not good enough considering the price.

Bed was comfortable, shower room good size

Room was very small. Too little space around the bed. The restaurant work only from 7pm.

Incredible views on the Lake and the staff were so friendly and helpful specially Samantha and Carlotta.
