Clean, convenient room and nice surrounding , good breakfast

Good location on the mountains. Very quiet. Switzerland is very close.

This hotel has so much potential, but it needs improvements. It was autumn, and heating was off in the building, I've seen guests asking to turn it on with no effect. Pillows are very thin, and sleeping was disconfortable. The breakfast has a system where you call a waiter to serve you. This is very inefficient, and serving takes time on busy days. Why not a self-service system like in all hotels? WC was not in good condition, the glass door in the shower box was wobbly and almost fell on me. The decoration is old and of doubtful taste and needs a refresh.

The staff was helpful, the location was good.

The elevator was out of order, it really bothered us since we had luggage and they gave us rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Although it was just for one night, the bed didn't feel comfortable and I had difficulty getting to sleep.The bathroom was a bit outdated and after using it, the fan kept making a lot of noise for a few minutes which was quite annoying. Other than that the room was OK, except it offered only a tiny TV & the balcony doors couldn't be closed completely. During the night I woke up around 2AM because certain guest decided to be VERY LOUD and have some kind of party in the hallways! Nobody from staff seemed to care or be present. They [only] stopped when I opened my door and screamed very loud in Italian that they were terrrible people and should keep quiet at this hour (I used some strong language of course)!! Never experienced something like that.Breakfast next morning was scarse, with the usual terrible hotel orangejuice (didn't expect that here) and unfortunately similar bad coffee, which one wouldn't expect from an Swiss/Italian hotel, so not recommended

The staff were kind. The view from the room was amazing.

The bed was squicky and very hard. The shower box was mouldy. The washing bassinet was blocked. They ask for keep the towels but there were no proper places to hang the towels. You should clean and dust the room by yourself and bring you shampoo.

The location was good.

In this heat, there were no fans let alone AC and it was extremely hot in both rooms we booked for our family. My daughter was bitten badly by mosquitos and bed bugs. I would not recommend this hotel as we paid over £210 for two rooms and had a very uncomfortable night.

Good view and garden, nice restaurant nearby (the one recommended by the hotel). Easy parking.

No A/C, not enough shampoo and shower gel.Bed super cheap and old, making noise, and pillows were a joke.Breakfast not generous and with extra thay you need to pay for.As a summary could really be better if they would be more generous.. feels cheap

Lovely place to stay for a night if you're on the road. The hotel is spacious and well located. The staff really nice and you have good recommendations about the area. The room as quiet clean and safe.

It's still a bit old school and not so comfy but it's understandable according to the place where there's not a lot of tourists outside of the pick seasons

Bed was really good.Breakfast was fine.Nice walkable town. Few minutes too restaurants, bars.

Maybe the parking was little bit chaotic but even there were lot of cars and motorcycles, we had place to park.

On the plus side, I would mention parking and lift availability, as well as friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Great location with friendly staff. Breakfast was great and rooms spacious. Parking is available which is a huge bonus. Hotel is a short walk to the main town centre.

For us in the hotel was very cold because they don't have heat in rooms only at 6.p.m.In the morning when you want to take shower before breakfast it's too cold in room.

Bed in room 122, needs slats fixing, fell through on to floor!, wife found it hilarious! Fixed for night! But needs a look at, other than that! Great stay! ??

We stayed here for one night at the end of October. We liked it very much. Warm, clean rooms, nice staff, big varied breakfasts. The interior is not very modern, but it even added to the typical Italian cosy atmosphere
