Staff- really arrogant, I have asked for a cup of hot water ( 15 CHF) which I accepted but never arrivedHundreds of kids shouting and running aroundExpensive breakfast again with missing items

The hotel has a beautiful garden with a pool and many children’s facilities both outdoors and indoors with stunning views from every spot. Our room was nice with a balcony overlooking the lake.

The east facing rooms were a bit hot. We were surprised that coffee machine and kettle were charged extra.

Very Familyfriendly, alot to explore around the facility. The Staff at the reception and also the restaurant where very friendly and welcoming.The view obviously was stunning.

The room hasn't got aircon installed, there was a fan which safed us. We only stayed 3 nights, so ok we didnt took the offer from the hotel to exchange the bedsheets for cooler ones. But if we would have stayed for a week ,we probably would have done it.

The bathroom was terrible probably from 1965. No decent lighting. A shower curtain, a hand shower which could’t be fixed . It was terribly warm, no air-conditioning just a fan which was no use at all

The bell tower of the nearby church stated to ring the bells from 6am on every 30 minutes, a clear no go

It was a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment and an outstanding view.The staff were amiable and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the swimming pool, the restaurant, & the kids' corner ...One of the standout features was how pet-friendly the hotel was. They provided a gift and treats for our dog and even offered dog-sitting services for our puppy, which was a fantastic convenience.

The bathroom was quite small, especially for a room designed for four people. While it didn’t significantly detract from our stay, a larger bathroom would certainly enhance the comfort for guests.

Large property with many facilities - pool, tennis court, mini golf, billiard table, fussball table, piano , board games.Lovely breakfast

The image of the pool area is deceiving… we thought the property backed onto the lake. It is instead up on the hill - only a short walk down to the street and the lake, but no lake activities as part of our stay as we were hoping. Lovely property still.

It was warm and humid in night. There was a fan in the room but and Air conditioner would have been better

Given the price of the rooms, having to pay 15.- for parking on the top is a shame. I guess there is no small profit !

Very accommodating staff and loved the boat service to/from the train station. absolutely stunning views from all rooms and the restaurant as well.

The view of Lago Maggiore was exceptional. The hotel seats above the village, which provides an exceptional view. There is a dedicated pool area that is very relaxing and separated from the main hotel ground.The breakfast/dining terrace with a complete view of Lago Maggiore is also exceptional.Excellent breakfast with multiple options of great quality. It's a10-minute walk to the village of Brissago, with a wonderful promenade along the lake and quality restaurants.

The bathroom was tiny and in comparison to everything else a bit outdated.

First Hotel that really catered towards dog owners. Appreciated the treats and the gift provided to our dog.

This place offers a stunning view of the lake. Staff are very lovely. There was only 1 fan in the room, no aircon so I found it almost impossible to sleep because of how hot it was.

You have to pay for parking even though you have paid for accommodation and to use their “facilities”which I found a bit annoying, we ended paying about 15 pounds to park a motorbike!? Breakfast is not included and it costs 25 Euros per person!

The weather was really hot and although we did not spend much time in our room, we had trouble sleeping at night because of the temperature. There was no air conditioning and we were unable to cool off inside.

Location, view and kids relevant facilities

Absolutely magnificent hotel, great location with spectacular views. The staff is amazing, the food is of great quality. There is a lot to offer..

Can not think of much other then having the comfort of airconditioning would've been nice.
