Perfect location. Good food and service

Everything was excelent (accomodation, food, interior abd outdoor design). The personal , especially Signore Chistiano Rossi, was very helpfull and pleasent. Thank you to all stuff for such a wonderfull stay.?

Rooms and balcony with view are great. Continental breakfast ist decent.

Restaurant food is not really worth the price.

Staff is extremely kind and shows care for their guests, especially in the restaurant area. Great location, very clean, nice view over the mountains and lake. Solid pool and spa area.

Everything was amazing, the room is well equipped and comfortable, the bathroom is new and very clean. Very professional and pleasant staff. Fantastic view, highly recommended to visit.

It was amazing! The room was gorgeous, really spacious. The pools were both clean and a joy to swim in. The staff were incredible! Best service we have ever received.

There wasn’t a great deal of choice in Brissago for other restaurants. The hotel restaurant was exceptional but pricey. There was a great pizzeria next door but they were the only two we could find.

Lovely property with fantastic views over the lake. Food was great and there is a lovely little bar area (with sofas) and live music several times a week. Leisure facilities are very good - beautiful outdoor pool and indoor spa facilities. It was difficult to find someone to serve at the bar (particularly during the evenings as the staff were all assigned in the restaurant). Rooms were OK but basic and the beds were very uncomfortable (with 2 single beds pushed together for a double). But very spacious balconies with views. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.if if we’re not for the discomfort of the beds, we would return.

The staff service was impeccable. Location was ok and only a short walk to the lakeside.

The cost of the room was expensive and the pool was small for the number of guests. The view from the room was lovely but hindered by the buildings in front.

My apartament view a breathtaking view of Maggiore Lake was big enough and the breakfast was fancy!

Sofa for the kids wasn't so comfortable and the hair dryer was dirty and full of hair of the previous client!

Breakfast and Dinner were great. Dinner was a bit expensive but delicious. Breakfast was delicious and one can order to the room. Fantastic to eat with lake view.

The room was not very nice to the eye. Old uncomfortable sofa. Bad lighting and alcohol free mini bar. No AC but ceiling fan instead. Not bad but not amazing as well. Not a place you want to spend much time. Balcony very large and beautiful views.

Very comfortable and friendly, but for the price expected more

Electric toilet seat kept opening every time you walk in bathroom, even if not near to it, then had to hear a loud peeping noise when it shuts automatically again, annoying at night.No hot water at night.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location, excellend breakfast.Try the great risottos from the chef!
