Wonderful location, rooms were very comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful!

The view is nice but the front beach apartments are very noice! It was impossible to sleep at night with the cars noice

The apartment is totally not equipped with ANYTHING you may need just for one night. Not even the basics!!. If you want to cook, you don’t have even a good knife to cut, no kitchen paper towels or anything to clean (kitchen cloths), if you request to the staff they don’t have!!, not salt peeper or sugar (you have to bring EVERYTHING!!). The place is noisy, the central heat was up to the sky (24 Celsius degree) and the staff couldn’t put it down in our apartment so we sweet all the night. Shampoo and hair conditioner are really BAD QUALITY!!! So you also have to bring yours too!!! Kitchen Elements are totally missing (as potato peeler. Or a corkscrew). The apartment floor was totally dirty, The children's socks turned black when they walked barefoot. We have a broom but not dustpan. Not mop. The dinner table is too small for 6 people and the terrace table is totally unstable. And have only 4 chairs but the apartment is up to six.

The view from our apartment on the top floor was amazing - looking out on sea lions on the rock & dolphins swimming past. We also enjoyed using the hot tub, pool & games room.Staff were very helpful.

Whilst a good location for the view & beach, getting into Viña or Valparaiso took a while as the buses weren't that frequent (although it was Easter weekend).

Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool. Superb views.

Hot tubs were either too hot or too cold.

Although a bit dated, the hotel has good facilities. The apartment with a sea and pool view was fantastic and of a good size for the 8 of us. We would have loved to stay more days. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna (they have to be booked in advance though).

Not directly an issue with he hotel but it was a bit difficult to sleep with the seagulls sound. They are everywhere around the buildings.The parking system could be improved a bit more.

It’s confortable for a group of 8. Beautiful dining and balcony area.

It is incredibly noisy. There is no sound insulation so you hear everyone, everything. As though there weee no doors or windows. There were people in the room above us and they kept us awake from midnight till 2am. They weren’t being rude or super noisy, but because of the construction of the building and the furniture, it was as though they were inside our bedroom.

Great location on the shoreline, in front of a small beach. Lots of facilities we didn´t have time to use, like games room, hot tub, pool, etc

Parking is a tad tricky if you have a big car, but you can always park right outside, no big deal, pretty safe.

I did not stay as I had planned. The property in general is in very poor conditions, inside and out. The furnishings are very worn old and worn. Entry door did not have a safety lock, once I open the door I was greeted by a broom, pail and refrigerator in the entry way. The garage also had some issues. I can provide pictures. Associates were very attentive and gracious. DID NOT FEEL SAFE AND LEFT.

Good facities, jacuzzi and game room. It's outside of Viña del Mar but I thought that was good, less people. It was very easy to take the bus to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso

Great location, sea view, friendly staff and comfortable room overall.

Lack of room maintenance. You could see mould in ceiling (minor), windows didn't lock completely and we had to ask reception to adjust the room temperature which is a bit uncomfortable.

The manager should inspect cleaning before guess arrive. It was no battery in the remote TV control. The outdoor table and chair durty with seagull feces.

LOCATION ..... BEACHFRONT. SOME GOOD FACILITIES; HOT TUB, GAME ROOM. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND THE PRICE IS FAIR.

room I stayed in had blood stain sheets. Also, the sink was clogged. The cable was cut in the room, so there was no TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. There was gum stuck to the sofa bed. also got a call at 1 AM to let me know that my visitor needed to leave when I had children sleeping. Was upgraded the next morning and not offer for any inconvenience a free upgrade but was charged $91. Will never stay here ever again.

great space for a large family

Our view was fantastic but we had to take three elevators to get to our building.Only one hot tub was working.

parking limited, difficult access for large or low vehicles. Hot tubs with one hour reservation, many people do not show, hard to get a time.

A incredible view of Stones plenty of birds and sealions .

There are not a restaurant incide. Sad to say that rooms have noisy during night ( cars , People, etc).
