Location, restaurants just out the door 50 ft.

Maintenance condition poor. 1 of 2 elevators failed for 40+ hrs. 2 separate track lights in apt dead. Kitchen cabinets & drawers in terrible condition. Kitchen counter painted, not at all durable for cleaning. No pool, gym or Jacuzzi....

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Appreciate having an apartment and a hotel staff and breakfast. Couldn't have been better.

The best part about this place is the location, it is close to bars, restaurants, etc. The rooms are large and clean, with smart TC and A/C and heater that work well.

The hallways are extremely lit, like a hospital and a lot of the light filters through the door into the rooms. There's a fibrilator that is constantly charging and so constantly emitting an anoying beep sound. The breakfast is passable, had it one day and the next days I opted for a café across the street. The price is fair, a bit less than half than Hotels, but the experience is definitely a lot less than half.

Missing a few things like , dishwashing,, a sharp knife, tea towels, iron etcEssential things that they don’t supply.Have to pay for car parking (very expensive)specially for us that had a long stay

Rooms were a bit tired with kitchen especially in need of an update.Lounge the perfect size for two children not two adults.

Very load music and noise from pubs around the hotel. Can not sleep. How can the staff select a room in second floor which is juat above the pub as she saw I check in with my wofe and a child .

Very noisy street with restaurants open until 1:30am.

good location near metro and places to eat and shop.easy checkin and checkoutvery well equipped rooms including complete kitchen (did not use though)

room on lower floor very exposed to noise from bar on ground level until very late at night.construction noise on a weekday at 4 in the morning from the room above us (staff did not notify us of urgent repairs or anything that would justify the noise)

Location is perfect, very good breakfast and staff.

Bathroom needs to be retrofitted and shower with no water pressure. The cost is a little high for what’s offer.

The place is not very well taken care of. They could use some painting and fixing. Breakfast was really bad, it made me sad just to be in the room where it was served. The building is not nice. Some staff were friendly, some weren't. It wasn't dirty but it felt like if it was. I just didn't feel comfortable.

The staff was very helpful to solve a problem for me.

I was going to use the pull out sofa but it was missing a mattress.

The hotel is located in the center of a very attractive neighborhood. Excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers are at a walking distance. The staff was very helpful, especially the cleaning ladies, who made everything possible to make us feel comfortable.

The pictures on the website have nothing to do with the reality. The interior of the apartments shows a great deal of decay. No ornaments in the walls or floor. Bathrooms and furniture in poor conditions. No hot water for a couple of days, with no warning or explanation. No heat. (This made our stay especially difficult, since it was very cold in Santiago)

the apartment is nothing like you see on the pictures. the room was totally worn down, the balcony much smaller than on the pictures and the kitchen also very outdated and small.

Bedroom was nice.

They do not accept debit card to cover a fee as guarantee. It was not informed by either booking or tempo. They did not provide me with breakfast, crew was not responsible and declares just is a part time job. Receptionist Not friendly. Very expensive for the service provided. Never stay there again ?
