- Worn out faded well worn carpets.Room and corridor stank of smoke from cigarettes.Be careful if you have children - make sure you add the ages because we forgot and got charged extra money because the kids ages were not written down on Booking.com. When we challenged this with the female receptionist, she got very irritated which caused some uncomfortable tension. Do not be fooled - this Hotel is not 300m from a ski lift! the lift is not working most of the time and only operates during very heavy snow fall which is hardly ever - nearest Ski lift is 7mins drive away. We WILL NEVER GO BACK

Location, view, friendly staff and amazing restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were great!The room size is very larger and also super clean with comfortable beds.Wifi works great too for leisure and work.
The bathroom size is extremely small compared to the room size. Hot water as dripping in the shower, not a decent flow.The pool and sauna were only avaible upon reservation due to covid restrictitions but I was not informed until arrival. By then it was fully booked, which is sad because one of the reasons for choosing the hotel was the pool.
