Nice room, but I wish the shower room can have a door as most people who booked a double twin beds room are family or friends. It would be good to have more privacy.

Great room, great buffet restaurant, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities on the last floor. Being pet friendly was the reason we came but it’s somewhere I’d come back to even if we were traveling without a dog. Being able to walk to the mall across the highway was great too!

This is a great hotel with good parking, located near to the malls in Concepción. Ideal to stay one night if you are travelling further as it has a great connection to the the highway. Service is good, the rooms are huge, breakfast is excellent. High value for money.

As it is located near the highway the drawback is that the views from the room are nothing special

A good hotel - the room was excellent, and the restaurant and breakfast were very good. A great option for an overnight stay when travelling.

Would have been good if the gym had more weights - but there were plenty of good aerobic equipment

Convenient location

Room 501 sink fell while I was washing my face, almost cut off my feet, AC takes approx 4hrs to heat, carpet was very dirty and stained, both rooms have mold & humidity (was moved to 801 for one night).

The service was great, also the facilities. The restaurant was excelent!

Internet connection was bad.

AC is controlled by front desk, it seems they have it set up to turn completely off once it reaches temperature to save power. room gets hot quick, had to call several time so that they would turn ac on for another 20-30 minutes, or you just have to push the button yourself every 10 minutes, annoying and uncomfortable

Service was really good. I have been in severel hotels, and this is the best. Good breakfast, perfect dinner. Many thanks to staff! The staff was very respectful.

Parking was a bit difficult

Vey nice hotel, with good restaurant and a welcome drink.The accommodation is fine, although also needing renovation, since one can clearly see it's aging.

Room was nice, property was great from inside. Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Breakfast was lousy. Shower was very strange for a family - no door to shower area.

In my room 320 the AC was not working good and it made a lot of noise so I couldn't sleep well. The gym was not cleaned. No towels no water and there could be a bit more weight for lifting.

It is an elegant place. Close to shopping centers. Beautiful night view of the town.

I am easy to please. Nothing wrong with the place.
