I went to stay in my booked room which was booked 3 weeks ago. Late evening from my business trip .and ended up with no Room...
Very nice hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and a Bavarian flavor. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant for dinner. Our hosts have been extremely nice. Dogs are welcome ;-)
the bathrooms are a little bit small
The decorations and the Alps theme is very well presented. Every room and every corner is decorated. The rooms are cozy and well equipped. A nice place for a retreat, rather than business. Breakfast was pleasant.
The pillows are huge and not practical to sleep on. The restaurant service was very slow, the food was great but quite pricey. Have never seen so many cars park scew in a parking lot, each taking up two spaces! Even locals were commenting on this. There is more parking if you drive closer to the hotel on the left.
Breakfast could be upgraded. Had an extra guest for breakfast. Cost 20 €.
Very friendly, welcoming, professional staff at the Reception and restaurant. Nicely decorated and comfortable interiors. Plenty of parking available. Good restaurant and nice breakfast considering Corona measures.
When checking out, we would have expected the Manager to ask if we had a pleasant stay and everything was to our satisfaction. A bit disappointed.
The restaurant was superb.
