Mercure Hotel Luedenscheid

Good location, clean, modern.

The mattress was saggy. We are at this hotel quite often and normally the mattresses are ok but this time it was a bad one. Not a good night.

Staff were friendly and happy to help. Food in restaurant in the evenings was excellent.

Poor WiFi signal and lack of extra pillows in the room. Quite isolated location, being in a predominantly residential area, so needed hotel facilities.

Clean, quiet and nice, helpful staff.

Not that impressed with the breakfast selection for a '4 star' hotel.

Amazing leisure facilities and breakfast. Adored the bircher muesli. Staff great! Double room for just me. Beautiful. The views from the balcony. Quiet too although hotel packed. Great bathroom. Toilet separate

The ugliest carpets in the world lol. Bit dated some things. Windows broken so couldn't be opened

The location is quite and a very nice area, the room is big enough, clean and comfortable, breakfast is good.

The receptionist who greeted us could greatly benefit from training on effective guest communication. She came across as rude, was not wearing a nametag, and declined to share her name when asked. While she appeared quite young and may have been having a difficult day, the hospitality industry demands a warm and positive attitude to create a welcoming experience for guests.

It was great. Large parking place and great breakfast

Only 9 German TV channels. Strange for an international chain. Pitty since Assat in Syria was removed, so hard to follow the news (LIKE CNN).The 2P bed was too small 1.4m iso 1.6 or larger.

Renew bathroom was excellent and the breakfast had a lot of choice. Possibility to charge the electric car.

The halls with carpet look a bit old.

The location was nice

The furniture was outdated but clean

quiet, clean, hotel with a good location

There are no chairs and a table on the balcony. This is simply necessary

Just the location and room size.

No air condition, no fridge, no regular cleaning, pillows are not good, not good breakfast and no iron board. That’s definitely not four star hotel.

Location , room size , bathrooms

No air conditioning or even fan , it.was quite hot and made my stay very much uncomfortable please review this point prior booking

Staff was very friendly and cooperative, Breakfast was also good

No retail shop nearby , for small purchase

Good location and ambience

No air conditioning, it was hot in room, no fan also available. Restaurant menu not having much options on vegetarian side.

Breakfast was nice and It was clean

Due to football match , there was no place

The hotel had spaces rooms and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast.

Location a bit long away from Dortmund.

quick check-in at night, polite staff at the reception. nice pool and spa area! Very quiet and really beautiful place, the view from the window is superb. There is a small parking lot, it is free! we stayed for one night, great stay after a long trip

There was no air conditioning in the room, it was a little stuffy

Pool was great, breakfast ok, position - a great city view

No bathrobes for the pool, some holes in the curtains, a refrigerator would have been great, no WC ventilation, towels were everytime falling on the floor as the hangs were really strange

Nice view from the room, very comfy bed and nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was okay, however the coffee wasn't very nice. The Cappuccino was made with very thick milk, the consistency was awful - you could stand your spoon up in it.

Friendly staff. Good location. Beautiful view.

The pillows were that bad they were robbing my sleep. The hot water didn’t work in the first room and we had to relocate.

The staff. The breakfast.

Parking full
