This is not a 4 star hotel Poor accomodation, with old bathroom and noisy Air conditioner

The concierge secretly tried to double charge my card. Credit fraud!!!

Great Breakfast. Good location

Good location but we didn’t even stay there at all. The conditions were horrible and we had to leave the hotel after 2 hours of staying there even though we had two night booked.

Unclean and unsafe. We had blood on our bedsheets and the worked were very rude and almost refused to give us bedsheets. When he did there was even more blood and dirt on the new sheets.

We only have one key per room (3 adults), very difficult to get a towel for the pool, and the room was very small.

I loved the staff. All of them very friendy. Mr. Eduardo, the head of services and all the staff were very helpful. The service is everything.

Breakfast is good, but it could be better. I also wish I could have stayed for more time, but since it is a great hotel, it is difficult to find available rooms.

The room was unbelievably small - but you have everything what a solo traveler needs. Decent size attached bathroom. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in my life?- I loved it though!

The gym machines in bad state, the staff is horrible they dont help at all I needed to microwave something and they told me they didnt know how to use the microwave hahaha horrible

Modern, secure, location

Security too tight. We couldn’t access the floors where our friends were.

The homeless people on the street out front... not the hotel's fault , but...

One receptionist was exceptionally kind and professional. I don't remember his name, but he had a motorcycle that he would park in front of the hotel. He was very polite, professional and eager to help, really stood out respect to his colleagues.The bed was quite comfy.

The cleanliness was not amazing and the hotel is quite old. The check in process was extremely slow, as well as the luggage storage. The breakfast choice was ok, but the food is not so tasty. The value for money could be much better.

Room is a little small. just enough space for you to walk towards the bathroom. There's not much extra space for luggage. The staff at the reception is not very accommodating and a bit arrogant. I didn't like him.

Room with mold in the bathroom. Tv remote control wasn’t working. Reception doesn’t take the phone. Furthermore, for one day long the hot water wasn’t working.

It was conveniently located, and the staff was very friendly

The air conditioner ran outside my room ran all the time when I was there until it got cold enough that it turned off. I could not have slept had it not finally turned off.

The breakfast and the location were ok.

The room was not clean, we had to request new pillowcases because the ones we found were old and yellow and had hair on them. The bathroom had mold, and the reception has a carpet that hasnt been vacumed for ages. One of my friends lost power in her room and had to be changed. I wont recommend this hotel.

I was quite early and they let me check-in which was quite helpful after a long flight andy positive experience began from there- Staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay- Close to Copacabana beach and lots of shops and restaurants around

- Wifi on the 11th floor is very weak - Mattress seems to be not the fit for the bed - Outside noise in the lobby could be easily heard

The location was excellent close to Copacabana beach and walking distance to Ipenema. The hotel is on a list of 'pick up points' for the couple of tours I did which made it convenient. It's walking distance to downtown. The breakfast staff were very helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was good; decent coffee. The reception person Gabriel who checked me in was personable, I'd actually say pleasant, lots of information and spoke great English so I wasn't fumbling with my non-existent Brazilian Portuguese or the phone translator.

In the main the reception staff were not very helpful and it appeared to me they were loathe to speak English. When I asked one about my pick up for a tour very early the next morning he was fine and then realized I hadn't booked the tour through them and said "you can't trust tours not booked with us, I don't know." and that was the end of the conversation. Luckily I had booked a car for the airport well in advance of my international flight as when I got to reception it hadn't been booked at all and there was a mad scramble to get me a taxi. The room was not cleaned or the linens or towels changed while I was there. I requested clean towels and got a bath mat. I doubt the towels and linen are washed in hot water because they looked dirty and in the case of the linen were grey in colour.

The staff at the reception were helpful and nice.

The hotel rooms location are like a labyrinth, the breakfast was the same everyday, just very basic The air-conditioning was making a lot of noise which makes my sleep interrupted many times during the night The hotel cleaning ladies were talking very loud in the lobby every early morning when they start their work.That was a bad experience for me, I left the hotel in the middle of my planned stay for another hotel.

Cockroaches and wasn’t exceptionally clean
