I wish they had a better check out time with these red eye flights we Yankees get. I'm not sure what if any late check out service they have. My least favorite thing though is not having a self service laundry facilitiy , you pay them them clean cloth

I like the location and the people who work there. They are friendly and efficient.

The wifi is not strong. Sometimes I have to use 5 G to make a Zoom call.

With the air-conditioning on the noise of the street is not that bad. Anywhere in Ipanema there will noise from the cars.Would stay here again for sure. Breakfast amazing a lot of variety hot and cold food.Late checking. You can leave the luggage storage after the check in. They give you towels for the beach. Everyone very friendly. Mattress very comfortable.

The location is great, and I always felt safe. Breakfast has plenty of options. The bed is very comfortable, and I generally slept well.

The hotel is not cheap, and for the price that you pay, I was kind of underwhelmed by the room. The bathroom is very small with barely any room to maneuver at all. There were also a lot of flies/bugs in my room that bit me throughout the night. I killed at least five a day, but they still kept coming in somehow.

Location was great, walking distance to Ipanema beach and walking distance to shops. It felt safe having 24/7 manned lobby who were friendly and accommodating. Decent English/ Spanish from lobby personnel.

Room is on the smaller side, I was alone so was no issue, but for two people maybe tight. No view (really no problem for me personally).

The rooms were spacious and beds were fairly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and available nice and early. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and helped us with tours and taxis.

We were facing the street which was noisy at night with some partiers outside. It was the only thing we didn’t like but we used earplugs and turned on the air con which was fine. It is a great place.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the room was really clean. We found the location of the property to be amazing as it was at the center of everything and very close to the beach. The coffee was also good.

Although the breakfast had a lot of dessert options, I would have liked to have more hot meals and soup. Sometimes, the food was also cold.We found the bed and pillows to be extremely uncomfortable. The air condition unit was also very noisy as if we had a motorcycle in our room all night. It was really hard to sleep.

It is as advertised, great value, good price, and good location for getting around Impanema. If an affordable, clean, comfortable hotel based in Impanema is what you are looking for then this is a good choice. Only three blocks from the beach in a good section, it is close to good restaurants —. And you don’t pay the higher prices to be on the beach. The breakfast was good. But if you are looking for 5 star luxury with spa and concierge — then this isn;t your hotel. Pure value hotel for those that do not need the fancy over priced amenities. We were up early every morning and only came back to sleep —so it worked out well for us.

My Spouse and I have been staying at the Hotel Vermont for several years. We stay a few times a year. The staff is outstanding. The Breakfast and location can’t be beat.Attached is a gift from the Hotel Vermont to celebrate my Birthday. Thank you very much Hotel Vermont for making my Birthday Special again. Robert.

Staff, they charged me R$100 because I had a 1 hour visit from a friend, I could understand when someone additional stays the night but this wasn’t my case. I’ve been to +11 different countries and I’ve never seen a hotel charge you for having a friend passing by. Ridiculous

Great location, easy to get to the beach, Copacabana etc. Lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. Staff are polite and helpful. I needed to make an international phone call back to the UK and the hotel's phone system couldn't facilitate it. Bathroom was small

Great location. Hotel staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. The extended 12 noon checkout time and absolutely amazing free breakfast buffet were a very pleasant surprise.

The location in Ipanema was perfect for restaurants, the beach and walking around to enjoy the area. The breakfast was quite good also.

The room was much to small for two people. We did not have enough room to put the 2nd suite case down on the floor.

Big clean rooms , excellent breakfast , five minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful .

Other than the location, this is the absolute worse hotel and worst staff I have ever dealt with. The rooms were awful, very old, uncomfortable beds, they sold it as a queen but put two twins together, rough & cheap sheets, hotel also smelled moldy. Staff was awful. Cold, harrassing me about having my husband with me and charging me 25% of my total stay for him out of nowhere. They also charged $200R for every and any person coming to visit. It was ridiculous. The breakfast was absolutely horrific. Undercooked food and limited food. We had booked this because it was the only thing available booking last minute and now I understand why, because no one else wants to stay there.

The hotel is perfectly located in ipanema, 2 blocks away from the beach. Breakfast is ok but it has already been better in the past. rooms are always super clean and staff are super friendly. Nowadays its main strength is the location.

Breafast is becoming a bit "basic" during time. They had more options in the past
