great for the price

no microwave, charged extra for drinks in icebox was way high, with peanuts too.

Location is great!!! very close to Copacabana and Ipanema, the staff was super attentive and professional and the included breakfast was also wonderful with a lots of options. View from the roof top pool is amazing!!! highly recommended.

Wasn’t clean - we got the room just after cleaning, but there was a lot of dust on the floor or dirty glass after previous guest. There is mould in the bathroom, as the air couldn’t circulate at all. I guess walls were painting, because of the paint on the furniture and the floor, but in total I would say that it’s cheap option for one-two nights

The hotel was quite simple but nice for the length of my stay. Conveniently located with modern rooms and a comfortable bed.

The shower seemed to be a bit dirty and I had more expectations of the breakfast, which are usually very good and plentiful in Brazilian hotels.

The location was great, just a block from the beach. The rooftop pool also comes with a great view, although I would have appreciated more shade up there. The staff were also friendly and let us check into our room when we arrived at 11AM.

The room was very basic, but I guess that is what you get at this price point in Copacabana. Also, one of the three elevators was down so there was sometimes a bit of a long wait for a lift.

Facilities were very clean and the staff were kind and helpful.

I like the location, the hotel itself was nice. It was very clean and fairly modern.

I don’t take leaving a negative review lightly. Because many people are affected by the outcome, employees, maids, etc..I was putting in a room with no natural light, it was claustrophobic. When I went downstairs to talk to the front desk, they said that they were sold out. No one likes to sleep and stay in a room that has no natural light. There was some kind of window with some kind of air shaft, but it was roof off so it was dark.This is the reason that I’m leaving a negative review, this should’ve been discussed in the details if . And up to the person making the booking to take it or not.

Location is perfect, right in Copacabana, minutes from the beach/Ipanema/metro.Large and comfortable room, very clean, well maintained and staff is nice and helpful.Great views from the rooftop pool

Excellent location. Very good free breakfast buffet. My room was spacious with a comfortable and clean bed and well-functioning air conditioning. Rooftop pool was pretty nice. Staff were kind.

Bathroom sink was clogged and front desk didn't really seem to care. Bathroom wasn't filthy, but wasn't pristine. Some pool furniture was broken. One broken elevator while I was there. I also requested early check-in well in advance and agreed to pay the fee, but upon arrival was not granted the check-in. They also said they'd notify me when the room was ready, but never did.

Breakfast was essential but had all necessary. Room was quite spaceful

The smell of the water in the shower is terrible. I guess it’s not depending from the hotel, but thw bathroom has no ventilation system at all, which reflected in bed smell constantly

Great location - a block away from the beach, as well as next to streets with shops and restaurants. The room maybe a little worn off. Otherwise a great stay if you are not too picky

Location is excellent - 1 block from Cocabana Beach. Breakfast was very good. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The bed was comfortable and the air-con worked well.

My major criticism is the standard of room maintenance. In my room 207 - bedside plug falling off wall / bathroom basin tap loose and swinging from side to side / toilet roll holder falling off the wall / shower taps very tight and one of these taps' backing hanging loose / hot water very slow - had to run the water for several minutes before the water warmed.

The bathroom was full of mold. There was also a door dividing with another Appartment and because of that it was very noisy because of the neighbors.

The property was clean and the rooms were very nice. Location is great, just one block from the beach and close to several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Pool is small, but very clean and has a great view from copacabana.

However, there was a lot of noise and my family and I couldn’t sleep at night. Windows are NOT sound proof and don’t close down well, so we heard all the noise from the street, buses and cars all night. That was really bad.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, cosy and comfortable room, nice pool. The location felt safe enough for us to walk around.Nice view at the sea and favelas.

You cannot change the code for safety box on your own, and we didn’t have patience to wait for the janitor and anyhow, we learned it was pretty safe to leave our stuff out.
