Perfect Location.

Very poor and limited breakfast. No plant based milk.

The room was large and quiet. The location was very close to the Maas River. We were traveling by bicycle and were able to put our bikes in the garage. Gluten-free bread was available at breakfast. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent.

The window looked on to an air shaft.

Proximity to all bars shops restaurants and 15 min walk to train station .

Breakfast is not great just ok .

Building is beautiful, clean. Location is perfect and surrounded of great restaurants. Comfortable beds and great staff

Room was nice and clean. Personnel was very friendly. Breakfest room spacy and breakfest was freash and tasty

I was missing a wardrobe to fit the long skirt and coat in.The place although (maybe therefore) beeing totally downtown is quite noisy during the night as meny people retirning from the pubs and restaurants tend to scream a lot.

Room of my colleague was dark and small but mine had wide windows and overlooked the street.

Central location,interesting hotel within a theatre complex. Comfortable room, tea and coffee facilities and secure storage for bikes. Good selection at breakfast.

There was a fire alarm ,caused we were told by someone having a hot shower. Alarms should not be triggered by showers in a hotel, additionally the fire exists were not evident and not helped by a very small fire escape plan on the door which was impossible to read.

+ The hotel is very central located

- The rooms are not soundproof at all - with live music playing in the square at night (in front of the hotel), it was almost impossible to sleep- Breakfast could offer more choice

Clean and big room.

Air conditioner and WIFI are not working in the room, feels uncomfortable until 10pm outside temperature is getting down.WiFi only available in reception area, it is not convenient to me.

We had a very nice, large room. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was squeaky clean and had a great shower. We had a really good dinner at their restaurant and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room is pretty, high quality furniture. Breakfast is good, not many choices but the ones you have a decent. Location is great. The combination of the hotel in the theater is quite cool, last time there was even a show when I stayed. Will come again when visiting Venlo. Thanks!

hotel is far from being cosy and the personall is not doing any good to change this impression. Room we had was depressing.... We left the hotel without really staying there for the night.. I do not recommend it for anyone who values comfort,cosinsess and nice atmosphere!!

We are returning guests, as we like the hotel and the location very much. Nevertheless, this time, we got a room with no view at all, which made me feel a bit claustrophobic and disappointed. We had a view of the wall and windows of the building next door. It is some kind of fitness studio and their lights were on the whole night :-( The hotel was half-empty, so I did not understand why we got that particular room. No one can be happy there...Still, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough, and we stayed just overnight, so we didn't complain. The lady at the reception did not display much friendliness upon our arrival, so I decided not to ask her to give us another room.Breakfast is always very good in this hotel with the satisfactory variety of cold/hot meals and drinks. Service at the hotel bar is perfect - the barman knows his job and is very kind.

The view of our room was terribly disappointing. The lady at the reception was rather unfriendly and unhelpful.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel! Everyone and everything fabulous. Attached to gorgeous theatre...do take a quick tour. Fabulous breakfast. Kind bartender served us complimentary Prosecco. So welcoming and so appreciated when you are traveling.
