Clean, easy access, nice beds

Restaurante closes early and also room service is not 24 hrs

The breakfast was the best in terms of choice, variety and quality of food and drinks that I have ever had. The pool was fantastic, large and quiet and the whole fitness area really great (with steam room and sauna, relaxing area, towels at your disposal). The room was lovely and the shower really enjoyable. The bar was very nice also, with the possibility to have warm snacks even late. The staff was impeccable.

The location is a bit far from the centre.

checkin in process - typing in all data that the hotel has from the booking, restaurant kitchen closes at 21.00 but you are not allowed to order salads 30 min before the closing

I really appreciate the courtesy given by the Reception. They handle my check-in perfectly. I also appreciate the amazing service from the Restaurant in making a reservation.

I noticed a different attitude at the Reception when I was checking out. Someone wanted to ask something, but the receptionist is still working on my check-out. The way she said to the client "Kindly ask my colleague who is free, sounded rude." It could have been done in a polite manner.

Lack of bathroom robe and bath slippers in higher standard room.Areas around light switch next to the bed should be cleaned.

Excellent hotel with a comfortable room and bed and a perfect SPA. We loved the pool. The gym has looked also very nice, but we did not use it.

Everything was perfect. We will definatley go there in the future. Ideal for a visit at Toverland. Thank you for that lovely stay. Next time I want to try their breakfast.

Great food, rooms and facilities

Taxis take too long to arrive

Room was great, especially given the fact I was actually there for 5 full weeks. Staff were amazing, very courteous, friendly and professional. Lovely outside area, very nice bar area, excellent fitness centre and pool.

Sauna and steam room were swiched off? No signs or information saying facilities out of order.

Rooms are very nice and comfy. Spa/gym section is immaculate

In the dressing rooms at the spa a small centrifuge for drying wet swimsuits would be a plus plus.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel and probably not the last. The hotel has a great location, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. In the hotel lobby we are greeted by a beautiful smell and always friendly service. I highly recommend it

The worse manager ever

The day I was leaving the personal told me that there’s a switch that changes the light at the door to not let the cleaning service I. And that why they couldn’t clean my room per 4 days . Even tho I called and none explained this to me before they charged me 75 euros alleging that it was my responsibility to clean as they didn’t, 4 days in a hotel that never replied the phone denied to even bring water to the table , terrible communication the manager scream to me saying is my fault that is dirty. The only think that happen is that one make of mine broke and for that I asked cleaning service they denied alleging that it was late but I didn’t got any person coming for 3 days. On top they say that they just to the bed they don’t clean the room Has to be cleaned by the client. When I asked for the reclamations book they say they don’t leave in the past and they don’t have where to put a reclamation, worse manager I ever meet in my life she was speaking bad in Dutch insulted that I recorded and send to my friends that speak Dutch . Worse experience inHotelEver, the hotel asO said is nice n clean but the people working there couldn’t clean my room for 4 days even if I called. And the manager has zero skill of how to communicate with costumers. Don’t go to this hotel if you want a clean roomI had staff everywhere but I didn’t wet or distroyed nothing was just a make up serumBroke and that’s why the manager called me dirty unacceptable behavior and more.

this is amazing hotel.Accommodation is really good, rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable and there is a choice of several different pillows. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, there is a large selection of very tasty food.Hotel has its own parking lot. It is close to the main road. Employees are very professional. its highly recommended.

Excellent standard of accommodation, great room service, very convenient location en route to the ferry from Calais to Dover. Staff very helpful and polite, with really good english.
