BIG4 Rainbow Beach Holiday Park

The sunset on the jetty makes up for the hundreds of sandfly bites .

The male manager is unprofessional in dealing with children, sticking his chest out and standing right in front of thier face yelling at the kids (the ones that had not locked the playroom door instead of the ones that had). Definitely needs people skills

Bedroom and bathroom were nice.

The kitchen was very bad equipped.

Adequate stay while travelling - the regulars seemed to enjoy themselves - the cabins are neat and tidy.

No basic foodstuff available at reception - we had to drive a couple of kms to an IGA - so only a slight inconvenience.

Cabins were well equipped..#44..bit close to every other cabin

The bed was so small...a Queen bed would be nice

Been coming to Rainbow for 35 years. Only used the cabins twice so far and they are great.

These are just minor and fixable. The cabins need some maintenance. Toilets dripping all night. Fan switch loose. Broken seat. Vanity in bathroom and doors all swollen from inferior quality.

Park was nice and close to the Beach, and Cafes and Restaurants, the Park had a nice Play Ground for the kidsaswell as a kids inflatable pillow that they enjoyed immensely

No WiFi in our Cabin, No Staff assistance when notified of this, was told that wifi didnt work well of your cabin was too far away from the office.We didn't have Internet connection at all.They could have told us this apon booking as it's advertised with WiFi.There was a hole in the door screen allowing midgies to get in our accomodation, the whole family wore RID protection but it didn't stop us all from obtaining alot of bitesOver Priced in my opinion ($576.00 for a 2 night stay) with check in being after 2pm we didn't get to enjoy the first day very much.

It was relatively cheap for Easter and the addition of the food trucks was a great idea.

The cabin was old and shabby- needs refurbishment. It looked lovely from the outside but inside was dated and it could have done with a deep clean- the blinds were filthy. Only a few of the light fittings worked- most of the bulbs were out. The general upkeep needs to be reviewed and the cleaning regime updated.

Cabins are nice, clean and everything you need is there. Linens all clean and the room was comfortable.

The location means the sand flies are a lot, definitely need plenty of insect repellents but once inside, no problem.

Thé villas were excellent, cleaning and comfortable.The staff are amazing, so professional and accommodating. We will definitely be backThank you Big 4 Rainbow for being so awesome

Clean, comfy and great location to stop through before heading to Fraser Island.

Shower was abit small and leaked water.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, cabins had all you needed grounds were well kept

Beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable Also I think a pool would be a great idea

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience much but the park is well maintained with lots of grassed, shaded areas.

The flooring in our cabin was very badly damaged & should be replaced. We unfortunately chose a cabin with a double bed, I assumed a full size bed would be a queen size, so it was too small for us.

Easy to find, very friendly staff and very cozy accommodation.

The bedrooms have louvre curtain which wakes You at 5amBedrooms at least need drapes with backing

Love how well the park is set out. Beautiful little cabins & lots of amenities around. Nice clean & well maintained. The staff were really friendly &also it is a pet friendly park.

Family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, ages were out in and got toddler size bunk beds.

Property well maintained, cabin clean and well equipped.Plenty of towels, bedding etc. Very comfortable.

I was unable to cast to the smart TV using my own hotspot. The TV accepted the Hotspot password but I was still unable to cast. A small side table near the couch would have been good to sit a drink, phone on while watching TV.

All of it.. Filthy, sand in all our beds, bunk beds from the 1980s that had zero security bolts as per wphs... Kids were told they couldn't have a pedal cart at 4pm because apparently it's too hard to get the carts back on time... Was my sons birthday and I'll never stay at that filthy place again! You should be shut down! Disgusting!Oh and the sandflies... If you refunded my money and paid me I wouldn't be back!
