The size of the room - was huge.

The only way to turn the air conditioner on and off was via the safety switch. Designated car park was in front of the outside unit of the air-conditioner (which was noticeably older the the other units) covered our vehicle in a blanket of fine grit.

Great property to stay with family and friends, very quiet and spacious. The place is very clean and the Carlo sand blow is right next door. I would highly recommend. Kids loved the pool and view.

It was clean,it had comfortable beds and overall the apartment was updated. Nice clean pool and BBQ area.

We didn't get the warmest welcome from our host He seemed disengaged. We were disappointed with our views. We were expecting and paid for ocean view but didn't quite get it. The trees were overgrown and could only hear the ocean and not see it. Have uploaded 2 photos of our views. Luck of facilities, like a game area, sauna , tennis court .

Some issues with interior such as water damage and mould on the roof

Beautiful, quiet location, a quick drive down the hill to the cbd. The apartment was spacious. Having a spa in the ensuite was very nice at the end of the day to relax and unwind after a lot of walking. Pretty ocean glimpses from the decently sized balcony when the weather was fine and a cockatoo visitor. The pool was lovely with ocean glimpses from the edge.

The apartment was in need of renovation - a broken range hood and a missing window pane detracting a little from the overall experience. Narrow stairs are a bit of a pain on the knees. The host was okay and helpful when needed but not overly welcoming. The standard of housekeeping left a little to be desired with dirty dishes in the cupboards and smudgy mirrors, but it was reasonably clean.

In a gorgeous location, the apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Very clean and the view was amazing! Staff were also lovely.

Great location with a fantastic view, great facilities for a family stay. It has an electric bbq if you don't want to use the gas bbq at the pool. Off street undercover parking

Best location to visit Carlo's sanblow, walking distance.Huge apartment fully furnished and equipped with all possible appliances.We appreciated the ceiling ventilators that made possible to live without airco.

In other properties of the same price range, we normally find a small welcome package. It was not there.

The pool was beautiful and clean. Perfect temperature. Easy parking for a 4WD. Bed was large and comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. Good size apartment and lounge.

Photos need to be updated. We stayed in unit 2 which said it was ocean views but the trees have grown and you could hardly see the ocean at all. We booked for a 1 bedroom apartment but they locked the main bathroom so it was only the ensure you could use which was very frustrating if you needed to use the toilet with no door to close to the bedroom for privacy. There are no curtains or blinds in the main living area which meant at night your neighbours could easily see right into your apartment, again no privacy. The air conditioning didn’t work in the main bedroom and because there were no fly screens, you couldn’t open the windows at night for the breeze without all the bugs and mozzies coming in so it was quite hot. No instructions on how to use the oven (you would think it would just be to turn the switch) so had to google and found the timer needed to be turned on first before the oven would work). Dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes so after running a full load we had to pull them all out and hand wash them again. If you are wanting real ocean views, make sure you request an apartment higher than level 2, otherwise you get views of trees.

The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped in a good location.

Nice pool

the rules were absolutely overkill , you feel like you can’t move without someone trying to charge you for something and the photos are so outdated ! I booked it for the view and got a view of the trees and I asked if I could pay for an upgrade and they were fully booked. Then the door to our room wouldn’t lock from the inside and we have little kids and when we asked them they said it was fire safety!

No curtains in living area. Neighbouring guests looked in from their balcony. We value our privacy.No face washers supplied and when we asked for them were told that “noone uses them anymore…we don’t supply them and noone has complained before”. We had to make do by using handtowels which was pretty awkward.There was only pump bottles of hand wash/shower gel etc (no soap bars) which were not fully stocked. We ran out of all of these on day 2 (of our 2 night stay).Ensuite toilet has no door separating it from the bedroom so all sounds and smells were embarrassingly shared. Slippery bathroom floor.Long walk into town. Uphill on way back is a bit of a workout.
