The pool was amazing after a long drive. Great atmosphere around it especially when the music on. Easy access to everything and the staff were amazing with requests and questions

Great hotel . very clean.lovely location.we had an apartment that you could walk out onto the patio and straight into the pool which was fantastic

We had travelled from Cairns so wanted a few days just to chill.was very disappointed when we got to the hotel that the restaurant was closed while we were there

Very good pool for young and old, but the outdoor communal spa needs maintenance. We had a nice view overlooking the pool and a spa on our patio but that didn't work properly as only 2 jets were working sufficiently, one didn't work at all and the others could barely make a bubble. Our bed was large but not so comfortable. There was a dish in the drawer that had food in it. The TV is good with Foxtel. Good bar fridge, washing machine and dryer. Very nice people at the reception desk and the other staff we spoke to were all pleasant. The resort is close to the beach and a good walk to Agnes Water.

The place is run down since we last stayed there 3 years ago. Definitely overpriced for the standard.

The room was well equipped, comfortable and close to great Pizza restaurant.

There wasn’t much to like other than the property had good parking.

Okay, this being my second time here I feel this is a pretty good review of this property. We stayed here once years ago, when we considered buy a unit, at that time the management was so bad rooms filthy, Nescafé sachets with mould, dirty walls, we were completely turned off, fast forward to this tripx wow! Got moved to a different room as Airconditioner was blowing Black dirt/mud all over the room. The airconditioner filter was absolutely disgusting, they moved us to another pm where no surprise the EXACT same thing happened. I only booked here as the hotel I wanted wouldn’t take one night, I ended up staying for 2 nights and was just so shocked at how horribly This place is kept, the pool is a health hazard and the spa was green! Can’t understand why they don’t clean this place up! It could be stunning!!

No TV at all, this is unforgivable when people are on holidays Only one lounge chair in the room when clearly there were two of us.Having to pay $50 if you wanted a spa, just disgusting

Clean and well appointed room.

Room allocated was above smoker who smoked outside only.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The setting around the pool was beautiful. Staff were friendly. It was value for money.

We had a room on a corner beside the road with a led sign that was on all night. It was quiet with the doors shut but we couldn't sit outside due to noise and lack of privacy. We should have asked to change rooms once we saw it.

I like the location, room is OK, clean, swimming pool are great.

Lovely place in a lovely location. The lagoon pool was definitely the highlight of our room with a swim out balcony. The room itself was simple but clean and comfy for our stay.

Be aware it is an older place currently undergoing some painting renovations. The rooms are also definitely not sound proof with surrounding noise waking one up during the night. The on-site restaurant was decent but understaffed and felt sorry for the 1 girl serving everyone and running around trying to do everything.

The pool area looked dirty and dated.

Loved the resort style pools and the overall appearance of the resort. The self-contained apartment was handy too - it was complete with a dishwasher, and washer-dryer.

If you looked too closely, there were some concerns about cleanliness. There were some stains on the towels and on the bed runner (the runner at the end of the bed).It also took some looking to find the bin, especially one for the bathroom (it was under the kitchen sink).

It's nice hotel, positioned well . Clean, close by to st agnes and 1770 .

. Only 2 downside for me , the bed wasn't comfortable second , cafe/ restaurant open only 2 hours in the morning 2 hours afternoon.

Good position but definitely need a car as a good walk to shops. Close to beach.

Would be great if pool water could be heated a little as pretty cold. The stairs down to carpark could do with a good clean. Doesn’t change accomodation etc but just improves overall look.

restaurant. breakfast took 45min to make despite us being the ONLY customers. Three out of five people didnt feel quite well for several hours. Bug mistake to eat there. should have gone to a coffee shop elsewhere. hotel staff was great and overall stay was good

The king suite with pool access was amazing for the perfect holiday, everything was very convenient and the grounds well looked after by the friendly staff.

The location was good!

Rooms were dirty. Buffet food was not good! Needed more stuff.

Bed and location

Breakfast facility , staff, so called Spa. Pool dirty and parts rusty.I paid an extra $50 to have a spa. No spa to be found except a cold bubble pool that anyone could turn on. Sand and rocks in bottom and tiles falling off.Breakfast was late opening, tables were dirty, Chef was dirty and unkept. I ordered a coffee which I had to wait for after my meal. It was so hot it burnt my lip and the coffee was burnt. I left it sitting there. There were not enough knives and forks, and we had the 7am sitting.

The WiFi didn't work, the TV didn't work most of the time. There was sand in the room, the hot tub in the room we had to pay an extra $50 to use didn't even work properly and was dirty. We both got sick from the buffet dinner on the 1st night.
