Very Comfortable, and clean, quiet rooms enjoyed our stay.

I was travelling for work and had a colleague dropping me off and picking me up, but if you’re driving yourself, the limited underground parking could be challenging. Street parking on Marsden St is also quite restricted.I chose this property mainly for the fitness room which, while very compact, had a surprisingly good range of dumbbells plus a power rack/Smith machine — enough for a proper workout.On the positive side, the location is excellent — Westfield is about 100m away and there are plenty of restaurant options within a 5-minute walk along Church St. Parramatta Park is only 1km away and perfect for a morning run or pleasant stroll.

The room itself was clean and modern, but the biggest concern was finding old blood stains on the bed sheet. I couldn’t tell whether this was an older stain on a fresh sheet or whether the bedding hadn’t been properly changed, but either way it was disappointing.It was also frustrating that the air conditioner automatically powers off when you leave the room, making it impossible to maintain a cool temperature on hot days.

Beds uncomfortable and room wasn't noise proof and very, very small space.

Rooms are spacious and all new finishings. Staff were excellent, room and floor was so quiet i had a great sleep every night I will definitely be coming back.

I paid $25 for parking and had to park outside ..most expensive parking and not even on the hotel property..the neighboring building ..will appreciate a refund

Had an amazing stay here for a few days with my partner. The room was good value, beautiful and clean. They have parking, and some laundry and gym facilities. The staff were friendly, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and helped us wherever they could. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to where we wanted to be. It was super clean, the staff was very friendly with good upfront communication.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and hard to leave. Staff were very kind and friendly. Very quiet and peaceful hotel, you don’t even notice the main road out the front. Walking distance to Westfield was great.

Dryer did not dry my clothes despite being on for hours.

The property was is located close to Westfield shopping centre. It is within an easy drive to Westmead Hospital. A comfortable room and very quiet. The staff were very friendly.

The only fault with the room was that there was only 1 bedside table, and no bedside lights. The parking is very tight, with a lot of manoeuvring required.

Loved the location close to Parramatta Station, buses, ferry, and Westfield Plaza.Loved the welcome from staff at reception. Everyone I met at the hotel was courteous and friendly. Loved my cool apple juice drink after my short walk to the motel from Westfield Plaza.

The people at the reception were very friendly while allocating me a different room which I was not expecting. They didn't even charge the difference to my card or try to make changes to the rest of my stay, in acknowledgement

I booked a large suite with a bath and paid approx 20% more for the room however upon check in they just said we have a problem with booking.com and that room should coat approx $150 more. We were allocated the smallest most basic room. it was like a jail call with 40 cm space next to and at the end of the bed and some oversized kitchen cabinet looking things and some too high small windows with long curtains to make the room look like it wasn't a storeroom

A quality place in all facets of hospitality. The room was spacious with ample trimmings on top of the amazing professional helpful and friendly staff and management. They ensured my every needs were being met the minute I walked in till I left. Thank you so much Max Irish and Janish . You guys are the simply the best xxx.

As aboive we were welcoemd warmly, the apaprmtens were spacious, clean and set out well for our needs.

Location, secured underground parking, well presented spacious room for 2Adults and 1Child with well equipped kitchenette for the price, good supplies of toiletries, friendly staff, overall a great stay

There’s nothing we could complain about

The place is beautiful. It's very lush, the staff were lovely. The rooms are immaculate and just look gorgeous. Everything is quiet and smells lovely. Just overall a very lovely experience.

Beds a little firm for my personal taste and pillows are too flat or too thick, one was too thin and two was too high. No restaurant so no room service, but lots of nearby restaurants.
