Tight carpark for a bigger car but then staff gave the option for a visitor park which worked out great

The parking- although it was 2.1m in height which fit my 4wd, the turning is very very very tight underground.

staff are very freindly and and lovely to deal with

the carpark is so small and unable to fit a 4wd i ended up damaging my car due to the very restrictive car park size and the gaurd rails are to small on the ramps in and out.

Our room was awesome and lots of space

Car parking, not fitting for utes and big car. Unfortunately our truck was damaged due to space.

We enjoyed everything about this motel. It met our needs admirably. A buffet breakfast was excellent. The bed was excellent. The facilities in the room were excellent. This was our second visit, and we would gladly book again.

We saw a printed menu on the lift wall that didn't enthuse us to partake a meal at the hotel. We went elsewhere for a meal. The pancakes were stale at breakfast, but there were many other options to choose from instead.

The breakfast (for me) was exceptional with staff who really seemed to care about the delivery. My wife who is a Coeliac was catered for in a very understanding manner. We requested an upper floor at booking time and received one with no hesitation...thanks Nesuto!Very friendly gent at checkout even at 2:30 in the morning!...good on ya and thank you:)

If I was to be 'picky'...then we were not sure about the restaurant side of things, we received an email shortly before our arrival to let us know the restaurant was closed and that's fine, but weren't sure about the takeaway meals as they are still advertised in the elevator but didn't think they were operating...a minor point however.

Unfortunately, a bad experience

Everything. I booked a racecourse view ended up on the other side. The first room was dirty very dirty went down to the desk and complained why I’m not at the room that I booked. They said it’s not available. Then the cooking smell through the hole place couldn’t breathe. It shared apartments and hotel so you could get residence either side of your room. Complain so much went to the second room. it’s still stunk of cooking first room hair balls all over the floor second room cockroaches

Newr bus and train station! Very clean property. Has microwave, and washing machine too!

I had a very positive experience with the restaurant staff. Both the woman of Lebanese origin and the Australian woman were exceptionally welcoming. Although I did not get their names, I want to emphasize how helpful they were and how warmly they greeted guests with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. The check-in and check-out process was also extremely smooth and efficient. As for the other administrative staff, they were satisfactory and provided an acceptable level of service.

One area that could be improved is the room cleaning schedule. During my 8-night stay, the room was cleaned and the bed was changed only once, as the service was provided every four days. In most hotels, daily cleaning is the standard, so this was a bit disappointing.Another concern was the notice in the kitchen regarding the fire alarm. The warning of a $500 AUD fine if the alarm is triggered felt intimidating. I completely understand the importance of ensuring safety and avoiding disturbances for other guests, but the way the fine was presented made me feel anxious while cooking. At times, I even avoided properly cooking my food out of concern that the alarm might go off.

I like the clear location is beautiful

I don’t like because of the when I arrive and the guy said we have to pay the Parking. I didn’t see your website. Any charge charge $15 for the Property for the parking charge and when I wake up in the morning, I don’t have any information what time they close the buffet when I go there 10 o’clock they said buffet is close already and I have to pay stuff for the buffet

We loved everything about this property. The facilities in the room were second to none. The provision of a small kitchen, a combination washer and dryer in the bathroom as well as a small clothesline were all added bonuses. We did not have to avail ourselves of all these extras but it was great to know that they will be available for the next time that we visit.

Nothing could have been better except the tight corners needing to be negotiated in the parking lot. We had a large 4WD that was a bit difficult to negotiate the corners but it was manageable. We appreciated that the parking was available with our price on the room.

Great location for our stay. All staff were A1 which made our stay amazing. Room nice and comfy. Breakfast included was really good. Great to have free parking on site.

The breakfast buffet was good. The bathroom was a bit old and slightly worn but still clean and the washing machine was nice addition

The hotel room was just a bit old and the turns in the underground parking were a bit tight. So becareful when turning as we had a sedan.

The staff member at reception on arrival was friendly.

The quality of the room. There was mould forming on the bottom of the towel holders, furniture was marked and damaged. Bath tub was discoloured.

Underground parking is horrendous, avoid if have a big SUV. Mine got first scratch after driving for yearsExpected the staff to call it out during check in but they didn't for usual reason

the ice case in fridge doesn't work. the underground parking is very narrow
