Offered us a late check out and being able to have dinner in room was very handy

The fridge door was left open so was not cold

The location in relation to Olympic park is fantastic but that’s where it ends.

It’s run down. Dirty. Untidy. Rubbish overflowing from outside bin and I alerted two different staff members but it remained untouched. Then I turned down my bedding and the sheets were tucked in properly, and there were stains all over the sheets (looks like poo and blood). When I phoned reception, I was met with a lovely young man but he informed me he wasn’t housekeeping so he wouldn’t be able to do much. Then myself and my two kids had to help him with the sheets because he didn’t know what to do. 3-weeks post operation in not meant to be lifting or bending and I had to make a bed - at a hotel! Outrageous. I thought there would have been a complimentary breakfast for us for the inconvenience but absolutely nothing. I paid them to make my own bed!!Also how is it safe to have a power point on the bed head with pillows over them? Felt like an extreme fire risk.

Bins at entrance overflowing- we were there for a concert and there was a shuttle service to the concert from the hotel that we weren’t aware of, would have been nice if when we checked in this was made known to us

It was overall a quick stay. Bed was comfy. OK.

No MiniBar in the room. So when we got home after our show, there was nothing to snack on. Room Service was closed at 10pm. There was MOLD in the shower. Disgusting. All in the bottom of the shower. And only one tea bag. common guys. Seriously. There was one lounge cushion missing from the orange lounge which made it so uncomfortable. And not show pillows on the bed, that was advertised as so. So all up, pretty unhappy.

Easy to get to.

The property is run down and needs a total makeover. For the price per night it was to a standard you would expect. Stayed many times over the years but I don’t think we will be back. Rooms are old, toilet seat was broken, no body wash., curtains ripped. Very sad to see a great place in the day not so great anymore. Rydges chain isn’t good anymore.

I had to change rooms 3 times AC was not working in all On top the phones in the room were not working so had to go down each time there’s an issue TV are very old can’t connect phones or access Netflix only thing we can watch was tv

Overall nice room and space. If it wasn't so dusty and extremely hot and stuffy, it would have been a good stay

The air was absolutely dreadful. Almost as if it wasnt working at all, even though you could hear when it was on and when it wasn't. Extremely stuffy. Hard to sleep, and uncomfortable the entire night. Issue with phones made it hard to communicate with front desk, even when calling externally.

Clean, modern and tidy Room. Friendly and helpful staff willing to accommodate any requests.

The Breakfast had a great selection, however for the price I wouldn't opt in for it again.

dead cockroach on arrival in bathroom, and shower was filthy. Needed deep clean. was only here for short time wouldn't stay again. the staff in restaurant were lovely. on the front desk they were less than welcoming.

Price was reasonable, location was good with close proximity to restaurants and shopping centres. Parking was great and easy. Sauna, gym and pool was amazing.

The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a spruce up. The room was a bit untidy with an empty can under the bed and some small debris on the bed. first night the air con was down as low as it goes but it was stuffy in the room, like it wasn’t working. Still enjoyed our stay though, just providing feedback for consideration.

Specially location...its is near to all major public transport and restaurants.

The AC was not working properly but when we notified to staff, they make it fixed.

Great little stay, staff were very friendly, super easy check in, room was very neat and tidy. Other facilities were great, pool was good but on the cold side and spa was on the hotter side. Pool was very clean and nice to swim once you got used to it.

The rooms have really small bins and unsure if there was a bin shoot on our floor.

Staff are lovely, rooms are clean.

This stay had a fold out lounge and it felt like I was sleeping with a bar across my back, very uncomfortable. Our previous stay they had rolled another bed in for the third person which was great. Unfortunately this time the fold out bed was setup and woke up so sore.

I like the staff who helped me as I self check in and added the room order and it was already late so there's no room orders available and she refunded my money. Thanks

I didn't like the self check in as even the time kitchen wasn't available but it still prompt you to order things and you expext it to be delivered in the room.

Spacious room with great sized King bed. Staff were lovely. The location was good for us as it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive back to Parramatta. It would be a great spot to stay to go to the Rosehill races. Indoor heated pool and spa is awesome as is the sauna and gym.

The pool area could maybe do with a freshen up as it’s getting a bit tired. If you opted to use it, the cost of the in-room dining was extremely high.

The bathroom was nice and the shower pressure was great. The room size was good and the inclusion of a lounge was a wonderful feature. The front of house staff were cheerful and efficient when our air conditioner was not working.

The room was fine, but is starting to show its age. The paintwork needs refreshing and some of the wood is chipped or frayed. The website said there was a minibar, but this was not so and I could have used a drink at the end of a long day. Air conditioner was fine once it was rebooted.

Hotel is too overpriced and did not meet the standards for the price it charged. The smell of the carpets is disgusting when you walk in the hallway after you come out of lift and going to the room.
