PARKROYAL Parramatta is located in the popular Church Street dining and shopping precinct in Parramatta, Western Sydney. It features free WiFi throughout and a fitness center. All air-conditioned rooms at the PARKROYAL Parramatta offer city views. Each features cable TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen TV. Other amenities include a business center, concierge service and laundry facilities and a swimming pool. TABLE:30 Restaurant offers views of the lobby atrium, and serves an extensive menu for breakfast and dinner. BAR: 30 is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail. Riverside Theater is a 5-minute walk away and Parramatta Train Station is a 10-minute walk. Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is a 5-minute drive away. Sydney Olympic Park, Raging Waters Sydney and the ANZ Stadium are a 15-minute drive. Onsite parking is available on the basement level at an additional cost with a height restriction of 6.2 ft. This cannot be pre-booked and it is subject to availability upon arrival.

- The location is good for dining options, with plenty of choices.
- The bed and thatâ≢s it !!!!
- The location is just excellent, only a ferry or train ride away from central Sydney, and letâ≢s face it, who wants to drive in Sydney if it can be avoided. Breakfast was excellent and to be recommended.
Cons -
- Parking facilities were ordinary. My vehicle is over 1.9m, so could not fit into normal parking area. This height of parking area wasn't mentioned in any of the advertising, so ment a quick shuffle to sort out alternative options. The staff helped.
- All the little extra charges made the trip horrible and way to expensive for parking. The rooms arenâ≢t that great I can find cheaper places and the rest one will be the same.
