Location was excellent

Attention to detail could be improved, like dirty curtains and missing items like toilet roll holder

Location - 5 min walk to the station. And the shower was great.

Room was dirty and very poorly maintained. Curtains did not fully cover windows.

Lots of things Brocken or not working. General room surface clean only, bathroom and Shower very dirty

Clean and tidy. Convenient to everything.

Nil WiFi included. Very disappointing.

Space and location two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Parking.

The furniture is old and showing massive signs of wear and tear e.g. telephone table draw does not close, lounge material is peeling off, bed head is peeling off, bathroom cupboards etc.

Size of bedrooms and actual size of apartment. The security for both people and cars excellent.

It is close to work and i have stayed for over 5 years.

The general cleanlisnes of the rooms. I had to sweep the floor. Under the bed and bedside table was filthy. There were tweezers and an un-opened packet sof tissues. The shower floor and walls had built soap scum (dirty/greasy on showr floor

The location is really good and it is very nice and clean inside.

Great position and facilities with pool and gym. Staff are always lovely and helpful.

Room was lacking utensils and saucepans to cook with. No peeler, only one saucepan, no potato masher, tongs etc. We only had 4 wooden spoons so was very hard to cook a meal.

what I liked best about the fiori apartments was the location they were right near public transport we had a studio apartment it was very spacious.

The staff were very friendly, the room clean and quiet.

Locarion

It was not clean. Mould covering shower, dirty floors and walls, cupboard doors broken. The pool/ spa was filthy. Also hotel needs a lot of Maintainance ! Generally it was dirty and needed a good scrub down!

The location was convenient, clean. Not exactly what was expected of a 4 star hotel but you get what you pay for

General uncleanliness around the hotel eg same rubbish in hallways all week Also the kitchenette showed lack of care factor eg there was one single mug in the cupboard for a week stay in a room set up for 2 people, and an useless assortment of cutlery.

Close to public transport and shopping,

Nothing wrong with this accommodation.

For the price I paid, this hotel was very good value for money and perfect for my overnight stay.
