Great views and very clean

Good value for money. Love the very modern apartments with spacious rooms.

Parking, unable to get one from the hotel. Street parking full as well. Went for Wilson just across the street but we paid double.

Apartment was quiet and spacious. Clean, comfortable. Lifts not as slow as previous stays, which is a big plus! Aircon working and efficient.

Couldn't stream on either TV despite following the instructions. Slow check in. Don't like having to request shower cap, or other amenities. Should just be provided in room already.

Perfect location with great views. Super quiet.

Need face washers and clothes horse. Simple condiments like salt & pepper and butter portions. Check in took one hour which messed our plans - late arriving at concert we’d travelled a long way to go to.

We had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Parramatta. Our room was easily the best we’ve had — spacious, beautifully presented, and with absolutely incredible views, especially at night.The facilities were awesome and everything felt clean, modern and well maintained. What really stood out though was the staff — genuinely the very best. Friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel effortless.The location is also perfect, very close to Accor Stadium where so many concerts and events happen, and there are excellent cafes right next door for breakfast and coffee.Overall an amazing stay and we’d happily come back again.

We weren't able to use either TV until we hotspotted the internet from our phones. The bedroom TV didn't work at all.

No reserved parking. Hotel parking was full before check in time. Had to search for parking. Found Wilson parking close by and cheaper. Allow extra time for check in on concert days. (We were queued up for more than 30min to check in). Accomodation is popular with concert goers at nearby Olympic Park.

The drop bin outside our door was blocked and the smell was very bad, our sink was blocked so we had to use the kitchen sink

Brilliant place, great sized 1 bed apartment, comfortable bed, and fantastic value for money.

Check in process was slow and bothersome, with the lobby seeming to have no aircon at all making it an uncomfortable experience.

Location, staff and amenities were perfect

I was in room 1305, the garbage room outside 1302 was filthy, rubbish and pizza food scattered everywhere. Very dirty and disgusting.

We were given an upgrade to a bigger apartment which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was lovely with great views

I have stayed before and the room had a folder with local restaurants and activities, it was a shame it was missing, as it was very helpful the last time.

the shower pressure was uneven, would completely disappear and then come back the tv would not connect or work the wifi didn’t work there was marks on the walls and the lounge cushions the outside tiles would move under our feet no pans or pots to cook with , no salt or pepper car park is unbelievably small and not suitable for the size of the motel

We booked a serviced apartment so we could cook our dinner but the kitchen was not appropriately equipped with utensils to cook with.Parking was chaotic with many cars illegally parked

Internet didn't work in the bedroom and the lounge room. Had one helpful staff member that fixed the one in the loungeroom but couldn't in the bedroom as there wasn't a remote. He arranged a replacement remote which didn't fix the problem in the bedroom, I spoke to staff for times by 9 pm after the first person came they kept telling me someone would be up but they never came, I gave up in the end. Not a huge issue but slightly annoying , other than that staff are allways amazing here
