great gym, great pool, amazing food. tidy clean easy to use rooms. walking distance from a variety of different eateries and entertainment

AC wasn’t working. Incorrect initial check in, given a studio room when I had booked a 1 bedroom with sofa bed.

Didn’t have smart tv, soap was like mixed with water. Towels were dirty, floor wet.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The lift card didn't work all the time. The Jacuzzi while hot was excessively foamy and old and could use some tlc.. buzzed alarm in lift and no response..

Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Sydney Olympic Park and Paramatta Westfield.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the floor was dirty. The bath and shower was also unclean.

I loved the location and how it was next to the train station and shopping Centre. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing.

The location was a bit noisy and the door battery died during our stay and it could not be fixed until 9 in the morning.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our needs. The room was well set up and very clean. I would stay here again.

The carpeted areas in the hall ways on our floor looked like it had been flooded or something similar as it was discoloured significantly in large areas.

the ancient fridge in my room was extremely noisy, and the dinner offering at the motel shuts down Friday Saturday and Sunday the three nights I stayed. Get someone in who understands hospitality to run the restaurant and give this great location some soul. Closing your food and beverage options in a true food destination is questionable.

CARPET WAS NOT CLEAN, BATHROOM DOOR BROKEN, MANY THINGS WERE NOT WORKING

size of room was to our expectations

Hallway carpet needed to be cleaned however room was quite good

Close to shops and cafes.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly especially The microwave had old food remains in it.

The apartment was easy to find, I was in Parramatta on a joint business and leisure trip. It was easy to get to and from my office, serviced by nearby restaurants and the Westfield. Trains to and from Parramatta are frequent and close by. The pool facilities were easily accessible.

I did have to ask for towels a few times during my visit and coffee.

Bad service

Air conditioning wasn’t working asked staff to check but they didn’t care no one came to have a look , television wasn’t working aswell , asked for water bottle they didn’t have any . Totally crap no worth to stay here
