The amazing 3 bedroom cabin was clean comfortable had everything we needed to an amazing stay it was located in a convenient location

The water slides did not work properly

Staff were friendly and accommodating once again the kids loved the pools and cart hire. This is our 2nd time in 2 months, The kids are keen to go back Easter holidays to, with everything you need just down the road to without going into the busy parts of Townsville definitely a pro for me.

This time the TV wasn't a smart TV silly thing but a huge challenge even for me to watch not just the kids.

Over all the facilities are good.The villas are a little small for a family with 3 small kids.The showers in the villas leaked water into the bathroom.The blankets in the villas smelt like BO as if they hadn't been washed for a while.Kitchens are small and hard to use with the tables in them.When we first walked into the out villa it smelt like I had been hit in the face by a moldy dusty rag.Other than the negative the stay was positive.

Have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed the family friendly environment and kids activities. The equipped kitchen is important for us.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of our cabin.We have stayed here before and noticed this time that the whole park maintenance has slipped. At almost $800 for 2 nights it is hardly budget and I would query if the cabin had been cleaned or just allowed for previous inhabitants to use.

Yet another wonderful stay with Ingenia. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there's plenty to do to keep everyone occupied without needing to leave the park.

The only disappointment was that the drop slides have been permanently closed and the holdiay activities were cancelled a few times due to issues with equipment.

Great facilities for the kids and location was so easy to get in and out of. Staff were lovely.

Cabin was a little older and needed some TLC but good for our short trip.

Easy access from Highway. Close to a small shopping village with Coles, bottle shop and takeaways. Pool and water slide were great. Kids enjoyed the small water park and normal park. Jumping pillow was also fun. Rooms were small but workable. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking items.

The rooms weren’t as clean as they could’ve been. Tiles in bathroom next to toilet and sink needed a good wipe. Floors were sandy (not just our room but the same with next door too) and were swept on entry and then mopped as there were provisions to do so. Helped heaps. A small oven or bench top oven/airfryer combo would be nice - after a huge day of playing, the last thing I want to do is stand over the stove and cook. Throwing an easy meal in the oven is easy! But we made it work.

Everything close to my family, clean park, clean comfy cabin.

Main water slide not working

Unfortunately the movie night got cancelled because of weather but that was a great surprise for my kids the pool view cabin was also very clean and spacious I liked that it had a food van reasonably priced to

The beds were super comfy, located out of the madness of in town and staff were friendly.

Disappointed the drop slides were permanently closed. The little slides are not great and the kids got stuck half way down.

That my kids had to pay to come visit us, just incase they used the resort pool which they didn’t use. They used the reception pool which according to the leaflet didn’t have to pay to use.One of the reasons we stayed was for the big slides which had been permanently closed. Not happy

Great facilities to keep kids entertained. A good short stop over location for families on road trips. If you have children, would recommend paying extra for one of the new pool side villas to get the most out of your stay.

While we knew we were staying in one of the older cabins, the photos online have been touched up and don’t clearly depict the amount of TLC the cabin needs. On entry had a sickening diffuser smell and when turned off understood why as the cabin smelt damp and musky. Sheets had marks and there were ants inside. Also a decent walk from the cabin we were staying in to the kids facilities.

The villa was spread out and convenient with a washer and dryer. Loves the pool

The slide wasn’t open in splash pools at 8am had to wait till after 9 before they took the barrier off.

Pools were amazing

Poor times could open earlier & close later, there were cockroaches in our unit

We stayed in one of the newer cabins it was beautiful. Loved the pool.

The waterpark needs a bit of maintenance.

Loved the villa .. it was beautiful and clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable. We loved the kids being able to watch movies by the pool Friday night. That’s was a treat and they also loved the pool games and prizes Saturday during the day.

Excellent location for our needs, close to family. Cabin very clean, beds comfortable. Easy process for late check in, early check out which we needed due to flight times.

Only stayed 3 nights, and didn't find any negatives in that time.

Main tv did not work for the kids

We stayed in the delux cabin, they are new, clean and lovely. The beds were super comfy and it has everything you need.

The big slides were shut down which was a bit of a shame and I also thought they played outdoor movies every night but it's just Friday nights.
