It is walking distance to almost everthing.

Paying for parking, and not. Eing able to reserve a spot.

Front office staff were friendly and helpful.

I tried to take an afternoon nap but was unable to as cleaning staff kept slamming the doors of rooms adjacent during cleaning, instead of pegging open. We had asked to have our room made up in the morning & informed them that we were going to take a nap

Overall very good. Sleeping arrangements aside, great location.

No space or scope for extra beds. We had 3 people needing a bed and the hotel was unable to help out. So 2 large mammals slept together in the double. If you can't offer a rollaway bed, put a kingsize bed into the bedroom.

Not clean, bathroom door handle falling off, dangerous door stop in bathroom-bashed my foot at least two times on this. The lift I seem to get only went to G floor so to go to Basement, I had to get out and call another lift. Doesn't sound like an issue however with a disability and loaded up it was something which frustrated me.Bedroom lamp flickered on and off all night and the plug was wedged in between the bed and the wall.The male on reception at check out seemed like he really did not care at all when I reported these issues in a manner that was conversational.This place was pretty much empty and the cost was way over priced.The hallways were very dim and seedy.A big NO.

the room was dirty from the guest before had to be cleaned ....... no staff apparentlywanted to book another night with the staff in the reception, couldn't because it was booked through Booking.com I had to ring up went through three different people only to end up back at reception and got told we had to book online ...again.booked another night through booking.com eventually but with no one's help.I really don't know what's happing in Australia there is no customer service anymore no one cares at all if you have a good or bad experience the restaurant was closed but advertised on booking.com that it had one which was really inconvenient.overall, it was a terrible experience and considering we paid $600 per night I thought they would have at least tried to help or made sure the rest of the weekend went smoother than the first hour.I will never stay in any Accor hotels again.

Parking…awkward access, low clearance and minuscule parking spaces and extra charge.Rooms are tired and desperately need refurbishing. Breakfast also very ordinary and crowded. Poor value.

Most levels smell like cigarettes. Pool is like a large bathtub from 1876 in a horror movie location down some fire stairs in a dungeon. Unsuitable hotel for kids.

Was not impressed at all ! Would not recommend staying here especially for kids.

We came from Sydney 2-3 hr drive and upon arrival we just got told that pool was under maintenance & cannot be used , we were not notified at all through email , phone etc. We had then settled in our room.Bed sheets were not changed at all , there was still hairs on it and stains. Looks like the beds were just made up again from previously people that were checked in. Furniture had graffiti on it. Everything on the website of the pictures that your gonna stay in aren’t the ones your gonna wake up in. Pool looked so haunted and dark. Not worth coming here with family.

The hotel is a great location. The 1BR room was a good size. The staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The free wifi is useless. The bed was comfortable but there was no choice of pillows. Our room was on level 1 and smoke would drift in if we had the balcony door open. The pool was out of service. This is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
