Manuka Park Serviced Apartments

Joel made us very welcome and gave us great information. Unit was very comfortable and is in a great location close to Manaka and Kingston. It was very quiet and great to have air-conditioning in the heat. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is always handy to have. Nice little balcony to use if it had been cooler. The grounds are very well maintained. While we didn't use the pool it was well used by others and was well maintained.

Proximity to my officce

My bed was quite lumpy and I did not seem to have chrome cast capability (unit 24). Splatter guards or cling wraps would be helpful

The location was very convenient and the staff were great. Very accommodating Bedding and towels were great

We felt for the cost the units need a refresh if paint and an cleaning of the furniture

Lovely home away from home. We were provided with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

There weren't enough wheelie bins and housekeeping did not operate on the weekend. There was only 1 bin and it was overflowing with everyone's rubbish. It was quite smelly walking past the garbage bin.

Clean, good location

No elevator, washer/dryer took FOREVER. Basically had to leave with wet clothes.

Great location close to Manuka Square restaurants and shops. Staff outstanding and made every effort to make stay enjoyable.

The apartments were of a high standard. Only small issues was lack of supply of face cloths and hand towels. Your housekeeper supplied extras the next day and then forgot again third day. A small no of small cockroaches appeared in the kitchen overnight. Sorry this should have been below

Location close to Manuka shops

Curtains in the bedroom not satisfactory, did not keep lights in pool area or morning sun out adequately

Closeness to everything, the apartment was very roomy & comfortable. Also, quiet surroundings.

Great Location close to Manuka Shopping precinct and Oval. Restaurants and Hotel nearby and not far from kingston waterfront precinct. overall a good location and the property is well maintained. Staff are excellent and friendly also.

Great location, space, kitchen set up

Lots of dead ants all in the kitchen all over plates. Also no biccies/tea/coffee stocked for us.

Brilliant for a few nights away. Can cook in the kitchenette or eat locally at the Kingston hotel or agostini's.

The rooms above were noisy at night until midnight. The hotel car park was full so we had to park on the street with a 2 hour limit. Was nervous about getting a fine. Very basic for kitchen essentials. No foil for oven. Only dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder provided. When on a trip from hours away you don't realize you need to have all kitchen essentials (foil/ baking paper/ oil for cooking ).

Great location and complex very quiet.The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom set up and that not once did our room get serviced during the 8 days even leaving the sign off . Lots of ants in the kitchen.

Top location, good value. Family run business and the staff are great.

Fantastic location close to the Kingston Hotel, shops and restaurants. Facilities and room were everything we needed. Great place to stay for a few nights or a week. Room impeccably clean and bed and pillows very comfortable.

If I had a suggestion it would be that it would be nice if you provided just one coffee pod per person for the first night for the supplied machine

Good size apartment for a family of 4. The washing machine with dryer is a bonus. Very quiet place.

The pool is to cold to swimming

The apartment well set out and in a really good location for our short stay. Air conditioner was helpful for cold mornings.A very pleasant surprise was the garden patio of the ground floor unit we stayed in, lovely spot to have lunch.

No real issues. One of the couches might need a bit of a re-stuff soon, as the seat cushions were a little uncomfortable.
